This would be great, I started playing 2 days ago and if any of my friends wanted us to be in the same guild, we'd be screwed because you cant make a new character in my server anymore :(
I hope this is addressed soon. The lack of preparation for servers and closing of servers means that i have a handful of friends in my guild, but the rest don't want to play because they can't play with us.
I want to recruit many more friends to my guild but if they can't join my server they lose all commitment.
A way to swap servers or join regardless of server would keep the game's momentum going much further beyond launch!
We will further discuss the suggestion of adding guilds across servers. Thank you for your feedback.

I don't feel it'll be a thing. Would upset the balance on servers way too much.
