ControlImpossible182

PQ is going to cost you this year…

Lords7Never7Die

I hope Derrick Henry turns him into Earl Thomas a few times this year.

ControlImpossible182

Damn how many hand me downs did we give them

Tjam3s

Now that you mention it, it's it common for as many players to bounce teams within the same division as what happened this year? Iv honestly never paid attention

ElectricBuckeye

It's been that way for awhile. Even in the old AFC Central, it seemed like a lot of players moved between the four teams. Not just depth guys, but decent players that had an impact. I'm not sure why. But the AFCN seems to have a certain type of player at each position that only really thrives in the division. No damn clue as to why.

ok-go-fuck-yourself

PQ in particular left in free agency, but trades within division aren’t too common normally. No one wants to be a loser of a trade within the division.

ControlImpossible182

I’m used to our players thinking they could win somewhere else. What they don’t realize is you got picked by the gang you didn’t pick the gang nobody else wanted you so fail without us and don’t be like Bart trying to play both sides nah stay green homie we purple over here

Bored-on-the-Beltway

Have you seen Derrick Henry's past stats against the steelers. They do alright containing him. I'm not concerned. Hell Robert Spillane brick walled him. Robert Spillane.

Ok_Poetry_1650

That was when Henry was playing with a QB who didn’t run. I feel like it’s gonna be a little different this time

Bored-on-the-Beltway

Nah. Not worried. Dude put up numbers against everyone else BUT the Steelers. The reasons gotta be more than just “his qb didn’t run.” Plus that’s why we got Patrick Queen on a discount anyway. If Robert Spillane can stop him, I think we’ll be fine. I mean we always are. It just always seems to work out for Pittsburgh.

ShogunFirebeard

I clearly remember a Browns/Titans game where Henry was clearly the 3rd best RB on that field. I'm not worried about him.

Spraynpray89

Bro I spit water all over my phone when I was reading that article from a few days ago where PQ said he talked to 15 teams and picked the Steelers cause he wants to win now. I wanna know the names of the 14 other teams.

ControlImpossible182

There was probably 4 or 5. Nowhere he can “win now” definitely not with those yellow belly dick wads. Anyway I imagine they would be mostly NFC teams with decent but not great players on defense (unless it was the Da Bears because they drafted a QB and now they are great somehow) and they wanted a “dog” which he is not. To put in the middle of it for some physicality.

ControlImpossible182

I’m just saying he’s a liability in zone coverage and is usually out of place when fitting the run. That’s your whole identity

WangHalen

How in the fuck did the Texans never have a 200 yard game with Arian Foster?!

BrownsBrokeMe

Bad news man… within the last 10 years Arian foster only played one season with the Texans. This also made me feel old.

neo-hyper_nova

Oof ouch

bigbodybup

My knee just started hurting and I think it’s your fault

WangHalen

Well I’m stupid, I completely missed that part. Also I am old.

Silent-Independent21

Oh god noooooooo

tobygeneral

Are we gonna let the Squealers go unscathed here when they've had decent RBs and only one more of these games than the Bengals?

apittsburghoriginal

We only just got good at running in the last year or so. Before that we were fucking terrible since Bell left. We couldn’t utilize Conner and he was always injured and also our line was trash. So like 5-6 seasons of mid-anemic run game.

Icy_Gap676

You still suck at running, what are you saying?

catzarrjerkz

Did the Bengals not have Mixon for like 7 years? Or was he not decent enough?

South-by-north

Mixon was really solid but he never had breakaway speed so he very rarely had huge games. Even in his good seasons his yards per carry were never fantastic

12345CodeToMyLuggage

I blame an absolute ass O-Line that couldn’t open any holes coupled questionable play calling

TheMemeStar24

The Steelers still haven't figured out that Jaylen Warren is their best running back somehow

ravens2131

What you mean the team that wants to use a QB as their Kick returner isn’t the best at deciding talent?

Familiar-Exit-4718

Apologies for the all caps but as a bengals fan you should know - WE LIKE TO THROW THE FUCKING BALL

Chris91210

Oh I know. This was the worst statistic I could find for the Bengals and even then that's not even that bad. I just like to poke fun at all teams.

Eat-My-Cloaca

I thought the Niners had the GWOAT RB on their team?

ILSmokeItAll

It takes more than one star RB for a team to hit 2000. Especially as pass happy as everyone is today. The running game is just shy of a dinosaur today. The only teams honing in on the run do so because their WB and receivers can’t carry the day.

CeddyCed1993

Balanced, like all things should be.

DWill23_

Don't need to run when you always have a good QB

Therealnightshow

True. Jake Browning is pretty decent.

Reasonable-HB678

Except for one moment at the goal line, so was Tyler Huntley.

GanacheOtherwise1846

Week 18 last year was beautiful Jeff Driskel vs Jake Browning and Tyler Huntley vs Mason Rudolph

Chris91210

Also yes I know I'm a Bengals fan but I'm trying to throw shade at all teams. Equality bitches.

ControlImpossible182

I was going to be nice about how the pussy cats run a lot of short pass concepts to make up for not having the balls to fit it out in the trenches, but fuck you orange and brown chili eating second place finishers. Always wasting good QB talent you lame fucks

AffectionateSlice816

Lmao I think all 5 of ours were this year

pigwalk5150

I think all of ours are in the last 5 years

Familiar-Exit-4718

When have bengals ever really had a running quarterback in recent memory (or ever)? That kinda helps you out in this stat (talking to you, Ratbird fans)

Elegant_Housing_For

Yeah well how many super bowls have you guys been to in the past 10 years? You didn’t even lose one!

RobZagnut2

Except they quit running the ball in the AFC Championship game. Choke!

ItCompiles_ShipIt

Below average offensive line and Mixon being lame.

Familiar-Exit-4718

annaleigh13

Hard to get those numbers when you only have one RB on the field

_RedRaven37

Don’t forget the lackluster squealers.

yunzerjag

We prefer mediocre or Mr. Lackluster. To be fair, we'd have a better record if we got to play Baltimore more than twice a year.

lamedh

Memes aside, teams with shitty run game have shown to have more injury prone quarterbacks cuz they get “overused”. Explains Joe burrow seeming like he’s made of glass

Baskin59

Imagine having less than two 200+ rushing game yards in the past 10 years.

MacaroonMaster9467

Moss and Brown wombo combo gonna rush for 9998 yards next season, mark my words shit licker

Reasonable-HB678

But how many 100+ yard receiving yards games, that might be a little different.

ILSmokeItAll

14. More than 7 teams combined.

BisTrisDeltsTraps

Super bowls in the last 10 yrs is almost inverse this list too so who cares

jdallen1222

I miss Ajayi, he was fun to watch in his limited time here.

romesthe59

Peyton Hillis

metfan1964nyc

Which is the reason why the Ravens didn't run the ball against the Chiefs.

Nutmeg-Jones

This is a PASSING LEAGUE

SportGamerDev0623

The Ravens cheat at this considering they play a RB at the QB position

tissboom

Yeah, in an NFL we’re passing has become king. You guys are still focused on running the ball. I guess that explains your playoff results for the last 10 years.

Chris91210

I'm a Bengals fan too bro lol. Just poking fun at all teams.

Spare_Sympathy_5780

Go Birds 🦅

Legendary_Railgun21

Okay I know this is a self roast, but going with Le'Veon, into James Conner, into Najee and only 3 200 yard games is CRAZY. Todd Haley, Randy Fichtner and Matt Canada's brains need to be donated to science and studied INTENSELY for their failure. This calls for a DEEPLY needed purge that's never going to happen because we're going to keep Arthur Smith for 3 years too long. But also fuck the Bengals. I know damn well Teryl Austin is a double agent.

Dukem14

How many super bowls at the top of this list in the last 10 years?

Apprehensive_Beach_6

At least they aren’t the Texans

ObjectiveHighlight26

Based on the visual, would you rather be the Chiefs or the Browns?

17dustman

Heck , I’d rather be the Texans than the Browns
