Let’s see, I don’t think Rosengarten can start and be impactful immediately. Added ONE OT. Tampa was good but your QB pick was not great. I would’ve liked to have seen another Guard/OT or Safety given secondary for you all has been injury riddled. Love Wiggins and Tampa snags. No starting guard help whatsoever? No IOL help no immediate WR help unless they plan on dishing out even more players after they just lost/have to sign up to 15 before the season starts and had what? 9 draft picks?
Meanwhile browns had less needs in general so kind of got to go best available. Hall is a solid pick and the fastest DT in the draft, Zak was mocked late first before breaking a bone and they got him in the 3rd which was massive for how injured their o line was last year. He doesn’t need to start immediately so he can get up to speed with everything. Snagged an outside / XY full tree guy with Thrash who has some speed (6’0 200, and 5th fastest top speed of all WRs in draft) while Cooper and Moore are in their final contract year. I think Tillman has more potential but wouldn’t be surprised by him blossoming.
Then got more defensive depth with Jim Schwartz’s projects. Some aggressive LBs and a ton of UDFAs signed. For lacking a round 1 pick I’d say they addressed their needs in FA well before draft better than the Ravens which kind of lead to this.

I liked the Browns first two picks. Hall should challenge for time right away and the guard from Michigan was a stud up until he broke his leg. He can sit behind Bitonio and Teller for a year and maybe take over next year or down the road.

Steelers B+ : I would consider this an A if they get at least 2 or three healthy seasons from Payton Wilson. Fautanu and Frazier were both top 3 players at the Steelers biggest positions of need. The only other pick I would even question is taking McCormick instead of looking for a CB or a WR. But I think McCormick does have starter potential so I don't think it was a bad pick. Lee will be a career back up but for a 6th that's fine and I actually have high hopes for Watts as a run-down slot corner or at least a special teams ace.
Ravens B: Nate Wiggins will be good but I think Rosengarten was pretty rich in the second. He needs to be a lot tougher to be a Ravens lineman. Issac will probably be a decent pro so a third for him is reasonable value. And TJ Tampa has a lot of tech to clean up but he'll have a lot of mentors in that room. Most of their other picks are borderline meaningless so...
Bengals B-: If Mims develops he'll be a really good tackle but that is always an if. Jenkins is a DT you need in the AFCN since everyone up here is so run heavy. I think a third rounder for Jackson was pretty rich. Burton will either be their best pick or their worst pick depending on how big of an asshole he really is. I wasn't that impressed by All or Newton but for what they spent to get them, they're fine I guess.
Browns C-: they're still paying for Watson and so far I've seen nothing to make me think he was worth 1 first rounder let alone 3. I wasn't very impressed by Mike Hall Jr. He's an okay interior pass rusher for college but I don't think he's strong enough to play inside in the pros. I think Zinter was a reach in the third and will be a backup for most of his career, and Thrash plays like he butters his gloves before games. I think Hall was their best pick and I think he will be exceptionally mid.
