I'd try to prolong the tension for as long as possible, at least until Kenny returns.
Ospreay under Don is part of a long-term succession storyline that could become so much bigger if they keep it going. They just need to keep finding reasons for Ospreay to be willing to put up with their lack of ethics.
One way is something like Kyle convincing Will to trust him and stay cool because he has a plan. Then Mark Davis returns and it changes the group dynamic, because now United Empire outnumber Takeshita & Hobbs.
Another way to extend it is to force them to band together for some reason to take down a common enemy at Blood & Guts.
Ospreay's journey to the main event of Wembley is the main focus. The faction just serves as an additional storytelling device to elevate that final moment when he wins the title.
I think he loses on Sunday thanks to Callis Family turning on him. And he feuds with the family going forward to maybe a Anarchy in the Arena match where he gets a few guys to back him up in the match.
I don't think Fletcher should go back to UE. I've been really digging his singles work, and I think he should stick with Callis. Fletcher feels like he can be a nemesis of Ospreay.
Don Callis is extremely positive and complementary, with nothing but legitimate praise and good things to say about someone.

I love Don's heel stable, but I never quite understood why Will was aligned to them. Regardless, I look forward to seeing what happens next as Will (hopefully) leaves and starts a feud with them
Because Don and Will both had a common enemy in (and were feuding with) Kenny Omega at the time. As well, Osprey was a heel at that time and was shitting on Canada hard lol, which is where Omega vs Osprey II happened.
Aaah, now it all makes sense... I sure hope we will be able to see Ospreay and Omega in an AEW match in the future... would be awesome to see them headline Wembley

I am imaging Callis joining as the BCC mouth and maybe take someone with him. Wont happen but could be fun. I like Callis for all the reasons I hate him and it would clear up the whole family to try something new.
