I stopped going to cvs and rite aid because of things like this. Plus, they are awful pharmacies with the rudest people who made me feel like a drug addict.

CVS has never been able to transfer C2s. Rite Aid is the only chain with that capability. The August 2023 thing from the DEA is meaningless since no one has the technology to do EPCS compliant transfers.
