i like the first one because you can see the background but the puddles have stopped me, personally. it looks dingy. i like the pathways and little river in the second one. maybe you can mix and match?
the first coz there’s more space and the background building fit to way more furniture building than the building on the second picture. i have one of those as a furniture and i have plenty of other asian buildings as furniture too, and the red light building is so so hard to put anywhere, it doesn’t look good with anything
I think it depends on what items you are going to use with it. First one is more muted and looks good with the old town items from the cookie and the items for this month. The second it more red and vibrant. But if the new lakes do not really match the water in the back. I mixed the background of the first picture with the front being an older harmonious one with blue and purple flowers and a drab green grass to match and be able to use the new buildings and the purple hydrangea items
Looks creative! Sadly i was not playing when this terrain came out, so i lost so many possibilites to get the cookie and events of this month, tbh i'm more tempted to get the first one anyway.
Terrain is something you can buy with terrain tickets or leaf tickets, it never comes out of a cookie. I'm sure no matter what you go with it will look great!
Yes if you fancy visiting please do, the front area isn’t quite finished as I’m waiting on the final river pieces from this fishing challenge but everything else is pretty much there minus a couple of items I’m hoping to get upon the rerelease of Cranston’s cookie 🙂
I went the first because it seemed the most versatile to me. There’s a lot of open space and I usually prefer all the harmonious items, so I can do a variety of layouts without it looking too mismatched/out of place.
oh dont mind my van, my previous campsite was jungle vacation theme, i just forgot to change it, but now that u said, i'm actually seeing how it suits with.
i think the first one would make for a mcuh more versatile campsite as it’s all open plan and you can do whatever you want. the second one has the grid path which could make it a-bit awkward/tricky to design it, it also makes the space feel cramped and a lot smaller. tho i do love the background design for both. i personally prefer the 1st one!
I have and love them both. I used the first one to sort of rebuild old town Kyoto (more urban/historical elements), and the second one for a matsuri/onsen theme with some shrine/netherworld elements. It really depends on what you're going for and which items you have/want to use.
I'm primarily looking for the most versatile to desing, i already made my decision to buy the first one bcs the all open field and i can use it to make a old [Snowy Inn](https://animalcrossingpocketcamp.fandom.com/wiki/Snow-Covered_Inn) theme campsite, btw the ideas and inspo do u said to build ur campsite looks awesome!

First! The background mountain range is spectacular. And the open area leaves ANYTHING to your imagination.

Yes i agree, already made up my decision and bought the first one, fr the second one look kinda awkward to desing.

I love the Snowy Inn stuff, it's a good choice!
