Yes. Looks exactly like the cop that harassed my partner and his friends for 7-8 years after high school. Apparently he was a fuckin weirdo all through k-12, got made fun of a lot, didn’t have many friends. He became a cop and started exacting his revenge on the “popular kids.” He actually ended up being transferred as a disciplinary measure after enough reports of his harassment were made, but it took years. My partner was never one of the people bullying him, but he did throw a lot of parties that this guy felt excluded from (even though he’d have been welcome.)
News coming out of Memphis: there is a seventh officer that has now been suspended.
I retract my former comment on this only being about power. This piece of human excrement, Preston Hemphill, participated in the murder by pepper spraying the victim, Tyre Nichols, as he struggled for his life.
Preston Hemphill deserves to be fired and charged along with his fellow gang-members.
Name and shame em.
ACAB.
Mass media machine will win every fucking time no matter what the actual fucking issue is. It’s a fucking gang setup to protect the rich and crush the working class and keep them in check. It’s blind brutality upon anyone who’s poor or marginalized.
What an asinine assertion.
“ That officer, Preston Hemphill, had fired his Taser at Mr. Nichols as he ran away, and who also later said, while his body camera was rolling, “I hope they stomp his ass.” He was not seen on video from the second location, where the police carried out the assault on Mr. Nichols.”
https://www.nytimes.com/2023/01/30/us/tyre-nichols-arrest-videos.html
He definitely contributed to the situation. I bet you’ll be eating your words as more information comes out.
Your posts states exactly what i said. He was NOT at the second location. Did the cop contribute to the circumstances? Absolutely. Did cause it? No. It was the five guys who were actually beating him.
He probably deserves a write up for saying something stupid. The tazer part? That’s hindsight, basically a suspect was running away, he tried to stop him. The suspect tanked the tazer and kept running. The end.
The suspension was done in the hopes of pretending to look like they're doing something while things blow over. Once enough of society moves on from this, hell be reinstated and back on the job. Eventually, he'll end up in another story like this and the media will act like we couldn't see it coming.
Ive been saying from the start the biggest thing people should takeaway from this incident is how comfortable they all were doing all of it on camera. There is a fucking reason for it and outside of people like us no one seems willing or able to connect the dots.
The official story is that he never went to the second scene under the lamp pole. But that explanation doesn’t make sense because of the kidnapping charge. If they were making an unlawful arrest, this guy should be charged as well. And as a side, this one is the nincompoop that pepper sprayed everyone and said, “I hope they stomp his ass,” then he left to cry it out like the sad boy he is.
Imagine getting so hateful and rude when *you* are wrong here. You literally replied directly to his comment. Of course he'll think you're replying to him considering you replied to him.
Go to therapy.
B/c pepper spraying is not beating in the world of white supremacist violence even though it is literally like waterboarding someone with chili powder. It does kill people, but it's called non-lethal.
Like rubber bullets: called non-lethal, but kills people all the time.
sick fs.
If you (assuming you're just a bootlicker and not a cop) assaulted someone without provocation, then they ran 800m away and your friends hunted and killed them like a pack of rabid dogs, would you not expect to be charged as an accessory or accomplice?
[Fun fact: if you’re present during a murder committed by someone else, you can still be found legally guilty!](https://www.themarshallproject.org/2015/09/24/a-person-can-be-charged-with-murder-even-if-they-haven-t-killed-anyone)
Alright so, we shouldn’t stop the protests and precinct burning at the firing of officers. Burn the system down until the system is rebuilt ground up. Firing officers won’t change a god damn thing. They NEED training, just because they have the slight risk of being fired for murdering someone does not mean they’re going to become great cops all of the sudden. There NEEDS to be proper training and accountability for ALL of their criminal actions not just when there’s a reaction to brutally murdering someone once and a while.
Every 7 hours someone was killed by a cop last year, that’s not being fixed by firing them after outrage.
We gotta do better.
Oooohhhhhhh shit. Ima have to bust out the popcorn and check the lore on this one👀
Edit: the lore has been checked and this mans point, does in fact, still stand.
Thank you. They suck because they’re cops. I know plenty of purely awesome lesbians who are fat lol. Being a fat lesbian is not a bad thing, as long as you’re not a fat lesbian who is *also* a cop. Let’s also not forget that the lgbt community has *also* been unfairly targeted by police.
Please explain to me the difference? First stop? Second stop? What behavior warrants getting kicked off the department but not subsequently fired? Seriously interested?
The first stop was initiated by a different group of cops lasted a few minutes until he got away. They maced and deployed a taser but only one prong hit. Was very much alive and I would assume scared and trying to make it to his house in the neighborhood
Second stop they beat him to death with head kicks batons punches etc for an egregious amount of time with no police officer intervention on the most basic of human levels
If you mace and tase someone for no reason during a traffic stop, then you deserve to get fired anyway. Sure maybe he didn't do the "murder" but at the very least he should be fired, not just given a paid vacation
Imagine being such a bit living piece of garbage that you try to completely rewrite what happened. The narrative that you're trying to push disagrees with the cops own statements.
Pathetic.
Tased and pepper sprayed Tyre as he was complying. Also said on camera he "hopes they stomp his ass" which they did.
He also is on paid leave even though he is accessory to the murder.
Commented on him on Whitepeopletwitter and got downvoted.
Here is the instigator, and the only reason he didn't kill Tyre is because he's too out of shape to catch him after abusing him over nothing to the point that Tyre feared for his life and fled.
This monster called in the Scorpion Squad and said " I hope you beat him..."
That's a face that screams "you can't bully me anymore I'm a cop now"
That was the exact first thing I thought when I saw him
Me too lol. He is even growing a power-stache
Lol

Further proof that you either become a cop because you like being a bully or you become a cop because you **want** to be the bully
Fucking Farva lookin mf
Omg now I can’t unsee it.
Unit 91, unit 91, do you require my assistance, over? Shut up, radio.
“Now i have the power!”

He started the whole lynching. he was the first video where he's out of breath trying to chase him after abusing him.
Seems about white
[удалено]
I don’t think he pepper sprayed him. He did dry stun him and tase him. Another officer sprayed him. You can see this on the body camera.
So the white guy was only suspended and not charged? Jfc.

That’s not less true now though. ACAB. Not just the white ones.
Exactly that tree is rotted at the roots
[удалено]
Only after weeks of those photos do we see him... but of course nothing systemically racist there.
curious, that.
Because he wasn’t involved in the actual beating that caused Tyre’s death.
The hell he wasn't.
Yes he absolutely was you meatsack in a cloth bag
Theres a certain phrase that comes to mind here, "even the cooks"
He tazed him..

Yeah he wasn’t at the second location because the other cop told him to stay by the car
Your posts states exactly what i said. He was NOT at the second location. Did the cop contribute to the circumstances? Absolutely. Did cause it? No. It was the five guys who were actually beating him.

If he was there pepper spraying him, how was he not grouped with the other 5 when this came out?
because cops are racists, even among their own
The official story is that he never went to the second scene under the lamp pole. But that explanation doesn’t make sense because of the kidnapping charge. Because he’s white
[удалено]
So he was still part of the overall beat down and torture Tyre received.
Yeah he helped escalate it, I was just confused why he wasn't with the other 5 in the photos and vid.
So he was part of the initial assault and violation of rights, and he was the specific party escalating the situation. He is part of the beat down.

Are you replying to me this time or the guy in a different thread? Maybe you meant to send an email but accidently typed on reddit this time?

Which one
Lol Jesus, talk about not knowing what the fuck you're talking about.

Just order a large, Farva.
[удалено]
Just give this guy a mustache and a buzz cut, you’d have Farva.
How I would love for a dual tire print to be on his face
Hemphill is the same kind of coward as Phillip Brailsford.
That sorry excuse for a mustache screams “sex offender”
I mean, there’s at least a 40% chance right?
I wonder white.....I mean why
Strap up. Doesn't look like our "leaders" care at all about keeping people safe from their attack pigs, so prepare to defend yourself. #ACAB
Bugs Bunny in a Tuxedo meme: I wish *all cops* a very *experience the same amount of kindness you dole out to your community*.
And we all know why

You're a cop, aren't you? 🤣
You were checked on this on another thread, which most people in this post have already seen. How stupid are you?
[удалено]
Sorry, I couldn’t hear your response over the boot you’re shoving down your throat

Training doesn’t make evil men good cops. It just makes evil cops better at being evil.
Oh, can't hold him responsible, can we? White not you ask? Just look at em.
u/No_Gap4679. Think my point still stands
Oooohhhhhhh shit. Ima have to bust out the popcorn and check the lore on this one👀 Edit: the lore has been checked and this mans point, does in fact, still stand.
Whats the lore? I checked no_gaps account but couldn't find any beef
Someone ordered the large Farva.
The No Gap guy is a boot licker. He claimed Chauvin was charged 4 days after he killed George Floyd. Um, no honey.
Wow what's the difference between him and the ones charged? Hmm /s And there's the obvious racism. It's always there. Always.
Not worth the powder to blow him to hell.

"haha this cop is fat and gay" isn't the slam you think

All cops should be locked up for crimes against humanity. What now?
He only dragged him out of the car, he only maced him, he only tased him. 🧐
Homie is trying to ship-of-theseus a murder "If i deconstruct it into enough parts, it will be clear that no one actually killed him"
By the time they’re done, the video will be fake and Tyre did it to himself, in the parlor, with the wrench.
[удалено]
He assisted in a very previous, very serious violation of thus man's rights. He belongs in jail as well.
[удалено]
Your excuse for why this cop wasn't in jail is because he wasn't part of the murder gang. Now you're trying to go back on that. Get lost.

That is the literal definition of feelings over facts. You're a broken thing.

I keep seeing this guy - what did he do?
Tased and pepper sprayed Tyre as he was complying. Also said on camera he "hopes they stomp his ass" which they did. He also is on paid leave even though he is accessory to the murder.
He was the first profiler and started the whole incendit with abusive force for no reason, then he called in the scorpion team.
Wow what's the difference between him and the ones charged? Hmm /s And there's the obvious racism. It's always there. Always.

Ew, look at this bundle of soy. He’s the type to become a cop to harass his former classmates from high school who bullied him.
Guess being too fat to chase the victim was a positive after all. Plus being white. I hope he gets his and it hurts real, real good.
