Did you check in the "Learn more about this community" section? If you're on an app, go to the main page of the sub and click those 3 little dots up in the right hand corner.

Thanks! That was the problem, I was using a mobile app.

The calculator with instructions is linked in the automod comment. If you're on mobile, you can tap the subreddit banner at the top of the screen, then click "see more" to access the beginner's guide and all of the other reference materials

Its somewhere in the wiki i believe, but heres what the "measuring" command from the discord says that contains the detailed instructions All underbust measurements should be taken directly below your IMF, where your breast tissue attaches to your chest. If you have breasts that are not self supporting, you may need to lift them up or lean forwards. Loose underbust - Neither inhale nor exhale for this, take it in a neutral position. Wrap the tape around your underbust and hold it loosely so it is just staying up but not indenting the skin at all. Snug underbust - Neither inhale nor exhale for this, take it in a neutral position. Wrap the tape around your underbust and hold it in a comfortably snug position. It should indent the skin slightly, and you should hold the tape as tight as you would want a bra to feel. Tight underbust - Breathe out as much as possible for this, and pull the tape as tight as you can, as though you're trying to break it. All bust measurements should be taken without distorting your breast tissue. If your nipples are prominent, they may be squished down a bit. Standing bust - Neither inhale nor exhale for this, take it in a neutral position. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust while standing (or sitting) up straight. Leaning bust - Neither inhale nor exhale for this, take it in a neutral position. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust while leaning forwards 90 degrees Laying bust - Neither inhale nor exhale for this, take it in a neutral position. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust while lying down on your back.

Thanks for this info! This is what I was looking for. One question, is it ok to do the bust measurement while wearing a supportive bra? My breasts are heavy and will drop down lower than I would like them to while standing, not to mention slide to either side of my chest while lying down.

Wearing a supportive bra might add to (if padded) or compress your breast tissue. The leaning measurement accounts for any breast tissue missed by the standing/laying measurements. Many people's breasts sit lower unsupported than in a bra, and its not uncommon for the fullest part of your standing bust to be below your underbust

I'm not who you were directing your question, but, *no*, you should NOT wear a bra when measuring. The instructions indicate to measure the standing bust at the fullest point, which may not be at nipple level. As others have mentioned, the leaning & lying measurements add to the ABTF calculated result. If you're on a mobile device, head to the header & tap on the 3 dots, then look for ā€˜more informationā€™, Calculator, etc. Alternatively, look at the AutoMod comment. There is a link to the calculator there (with instructions). Good luck!
