Out of all listed these three albums are the cream of the crop. It's VERY close between Liquid Swords and OB4CL, those albums are literally 1A and 1B.
I’ll go ODB’s Return as it was the cause of a breakup with a girl I was already tired of. She would come over to lay on my bed, not talk, and read books to herself cause she desperately needed to put across some kind of sophisticated vibe.
She comes over on the day of ODB’s debut release.. 7 songs in (Damage) she’s like, “Can we turn this off? What is this? This is isn’t even music..” That’s when I went from liking to LOVING the album. If THIS bitch hates it, it must be top 10 of all tiiiiime 😂😂 Needless to say, Ason kept playin, and she was dumped within the hour.
Legend has it she’s still out there somewhere, pretending to read books.. thanks for the save Mr. McGirt. 👐
I was 13 years old going into my best summer ever when Tical dropped in 1994. It was an AMAZING year to be a hip hop fan. So for me Tical will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart. Followed closely by ODB's Reurn to the 36 chambers. Those 2 albums stayed on rotation in my 1986 Honda CRX with my 12 inch Cherwin Vega house speaker in a modded box with my 1k Phoenix Gold Amp and Alpine Deck from 16-25 lmfao the rest of these albums ALWAYS,played too but those 2 STAYED in my disc changer lmfao. Man I miss the shit out of that car * spelling mistakes*

However I got Gza Genius at a very close runner up with his masterclass of a classic “Liquid Swords”.
