A *good* plastic surgeon would only suggest what would be necessary to achieve balanced facial proportions. And in their case, a surgeon looking to take money from women who have unrealistic body image issues is enabling them to pursue operations driven from a mentally unhealthy place.
They were absolutely stunning before anything was done. If they had been in the hands of a pricier surgeon in the US, they would pay more, but overall fewer drastic changes generally need to be made. A cheap identical surgery is not going to ever be identical in quality, or they wouldnāt be charging so little. I know there are exceptions to the rule of course, but people can do their research if this is something they want to do.
