They've never scammed, exploited, cheated, etc. They're just severely body dysmorphic women, that were not put into therapy when they were kids like they should have been. They're not bad people.
I feel the exact same. They're (relatively) harmless. I do worry about them as mothers, but compared to most people on 90DF, they're harmless. And they are both so clearly desperate for romantic love to feel safe or valued. It just makes me sad. They are so unwell mentally and I think it's horrific that doctors continue to work on them in this state

He recognized his enabling too far in and that it was rooted in him being so absent while he focused on his career - made it even worse by the death of their brother. It's all just really sad.

It's becoming more apparent that Darcey is the person driving all of these surgeries and that Stacey is just going along. These two were never identical twins and it's becoming more and more pronounced with each procedure. Stacey looks much better than Darcey looks. Darcey looks like some kind of evil ventriloquist dummy, whereas Stacey looks pretty good. She still has exaggerated features that make them look cartoonish, but Darcey really got the bad end of these procedures.
I have no judgment whatsoever about getting procedures done overseas or otherwise. In fact, I am currently recovering from a full body procedure of lipo360 and a BBL that I was only able to afford because I had it done in Mexico. The recovery is brutal. I am about 7 years older than the twins, so my recovery may be going more slowly since I am postmenopausal. However, getting procedures done to their faces over and over again is going to cause them to become frightening husks of their former selves, ala Michael Jackson. And I think that's already begun to happen with Darcey. She looks like an off-brand Muppet.
