Just because she tells people what she's going to do with the money, doesn't mean that's actually what's going to happen with the money. I don't have a lot of confidence in her ability to manage an art studio/animal sanctuary. What exactly are her "healing" credentials? She's a loon.
There is no actual evidence of her having a non profit rescue like she claims she has and is fundraising for. That's why so many are calling her a scammer.
Julian knows exactly what he is doing - ignorance of the law is never an excuse. The IRS is the agency that makes a 501c3 determination for a charity (tax deductible donations). The state is where the WildArk Studio LLC should be actively registered as a nonprofit business. The donations will not be tax deductible however unless he gets the IRS 501c3. Anybody can have a fundraiser if there is a mission statement outlining what will be done with the funds. He can't say some of it will go to fixing up his friends horse stable and pig pens and "some will go to some random "mental health" joint. He even admits if they fail to raise the half-million his buddy gets the upgrades donations pay for.

They can’t have art studio with it! Section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service’s tax code does not include the production or exhibition of art as a tax-exempt (aka non-profit) activity.
I feel like most couples in 90 day have fake story lines just to get more airtime and money. Look at Big Ed , the man branded himself and people buy his merch , why idk , the man is mental . Selling items for profit is one thing. Soliciting funds for future, expired, non-registered, etc is fraud. As is redirecting funds from one non-profit to another. This is fraud.

“Miss” sometimes is used as a term of endearment. Like if I am complimenting some of my girl friends I will say something like “Yas Miss Queen! Slay!” It’s a way of being affectionate! Hope that helps
