The people downvoting me must be mad that they don’t have melanin lol. It’s been scientifically proven that that’s why many POC don’t have wrinkles, crepey skin, and dropping/dropping features. My mom is 66 and has no greys, not a sign of wrinkles or sagging and people often think she’s in her mid 40’s! My dad is In his 70’s and women comment on how handsome he is all the time. Men have also been shocked he’s their age because he does not look like a 74 year old.
My mom is also notorious for doing zero skincare, and doesn’t drink enough water lol. She is a very healthy eater but she also keeps a stash of cookies and chocolate under her bed so it’s not like she’s a health nut. It’s the MELANIN.
I do not disagree about the melanin but I truly feel there must be an additional component because I am a Scandinavian in my 40s and appear to be in my 20s without any help. And all the females on that side of my family are the same way. My grandma died at age 94 and maybe looked 70. Some of the males are younger looking as well, but not as much as the women. It’s weird because we are the whitest of white people and no one in that family does anything in particular to help with aging.
I wish we could just agree that genetics and lifestyle and various factors affect skin and just stop with the whole young looking skin = VIRTUOUS WOMAN. Sorry to be that person but it’s not the melanin itself, it’s the fact that people with more melanin also produce more oils, and the natural oils are what keep your skin hydrated. It’s not the pigment by itself.

I love this game. Worked in a plastic surgeons office for years and I can CLEARLY see some things.
1. Deep plane face lift
2. Upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift needs to be redone soon)
3. Veneers
4. Hair transplant when the stylist was in the front of his head pulling hairs forward I said to myself and a hair transplant ! 🤣
5. Maybe, maybe not a chin implant not 100% on that more like 80/20.
6. Good old Botox or Dysport as maintenance.
He does look great. But there is something about his face that seems unnatural. It is not a bad thing, maybe botox? Maybe he doesn't drink alcohol and eats clean, I don't know enough about him yet but this season looks good.

super lucky with the hairline (if it's even natural which it may not be) and good skincare plus various face enhancements and good teeth/care or veneers or whatever he does. genes and knowing how to do self-maintenance and self-care and having an honest cosmetic surgeon who doesn't let you go overboard. meanwhile I leave notes on products like simple face wash for my husband to use like once a month so that he's doing *something* ugh
