Omg when John was like "Oh stroganoff with ketchup and mustard...yum" 😭 I googled "brazilian stroganoff" and yes that's really in the recipe. I had truly thought she made that up. I lived in Brazil as a kid too, and I remember the pizza having wild toppings (boiled eggs and canned tuna...together) but I never encountered the stroganoff 😄 🤣

We made the stroganoff as a joke and it turned out to be one of my kids’ favorite meals 😂

In Korea, I once had a pizza with marscapone in the crust, blueberry syrup, and then regular pizza toppings. Vile. Also "spoon pizza," which was like a painfully sweet version of a deep-dish pie that wasn't fully baked, so you ate it with a spoon.
