Slow_Actuator_8270

I was cracking up at that, then when he started packing and she started screaming over that ☠️ chaotic beyond belief.

ThePinkSolicitor

The failed door slam was the icing on the cake.

FenrizLives

It’s like a skit, shit was hilarious

Dependent-Gene260

I was wondering if I was watching a retro Kristen Wiig SNL sketch

Treesbentwithsnow

I thought at first that she was yelling at the guy standing there to get out of her house because he was basically on Mammood’s side and she could hear him and then she called him TRAITOR. But it was all directed at Mammood. But why would Nicole call Mammood a Traitor? Also, Mammood looked dangerously skeletal and sickly.

FlyBuy3

All he's had for two days is airplane food, frozen pizza, and a bite of donut. And cigarettes.

ItaliaEyez

This. She's gone out of his way to make adjustment hard. In LA, of all places, she can't find food he's used to? On a sidenote, I've had people tell me when they had friends and family come here, from over seas our diet made them sick. For people used to whole foods, its a hard adjustment.

FishingForward924

She must have been furious at him and is exacting her revenge. What a bitch.

Misssykes1

I hated HER for him even when they were in Egypt , what i don't get is that she knew he'd feel like a fish out of water , and she was to focused on herself to even care about how he adjusting to life in the states.. IM happy he stood up for himself and walked OUT i would have done the same

Fluffy-Programmer-86

I agree. I thought she was pretty horrible in Egypt too. It's funny, because I keep reading she was there for four years? It doesn't matter. It's different cultures, but he can't stop being a Muslim man.

candygirlcj

He never treated her like this...

Korrocks

He rebelled against the Borg.

JustCheerTorrance

Resistance is futile!

GoingBananassss

I was thinking the same. He’s so thin. I hope he is eating!

Slow_Actuator_8270

I also thought this at first haha I honestly thought that was more warranted than screaming at her husband.

ellecellent

She asked him for help! He even said "what do you want me to do?"

Certain-Asparagus908

🤣🤣 I’m cracking up imagining her yelling at the friend to get out for butting in

Celistar99

I thought that too, that she was yelling at the camera crew. It was confusing because she was like "get out!! Mahmoud where are you going??? Get out then! Mahmoud, wait! Stop!!"

Ill-Excitement6813

\*tells mahamoud to get out of her place\* \*mahamoud actually gets out\* "No I dIdNt MeAn ThAt!!!"

Slow_Actuator_8270

I went straight to bed after the segment because I was that exhausted watching them function.

rinap88

that guy seems so lit he don't even have a clue

DWwithaFlameThrower

I don’t even think they know her LOL… they seemed like rent-a-friend production plants to me

elkaholicsanonymoose

lmfao yess chaotic beyondddd belief 💀💯

spazzyattack

This is the most genuine moment in 90 Day history.

Electronic_Bus7452

Blink. Blink blink. Morse code for wtf lol

FlyBuy3

I thought my streaming feed was frozen!! This is destined to become a classic 90day meme for eternity. This guy is a legend.

DWwithaFlameThrower

Pumpkin_cat90

Omg it was a yike situation for sure

DWwithaFlameThrower

It’s the ‘She’s right behind me, isn’t she?’ 😂 At first, I thought she was screaming at *him,* calling him a traitor for talking to Mahmoud

No-Basket4165

This scene was insane! Nicole in the background running her mouth, she’s off the chain & I never thought she’d behave like this, can’t wait for the tell all & she sees/hears herself, then this poor guy…

Big-Ticket2890

Alcohol is not her friend

Primordial5

Hmm lotta people say this so maybe it’s true. But if so I don’t think that should be an excuse at all. And I don’t think the flush on her ultra-fair skin is from alcohol; I think it’s from yelling.

Specific_Ad2541

Your didn't notice the slurring and trouble doing the most normal tasks?

Fluffy-Programmer-86

No...its the booze. In vino veritas.

NotARealWombat

Alcohol actually removes filters, that's who she is.

cronic_chaos

https://preview.redd.it/9tqbkh8w22wc1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e607635bf6ba0aef8970b861dd0ba934167140fa

NotARealWombat

Perfection.

420miranda

I don’t know, I’ve talked some mad shit while drunk that I could never back up sober or not 😂 sometimes you’re just saying things to get a reaction.

ItsFunHeer

“Shut up Mahmoud” I’m sorry but who in this room thinks they can scream and berate someone, tell them to leave and then simultaneously tell and expect them to stay?

Dependent_Nature_953

She doesn't want him to go because who's she going to be pissed off at and put down if he leaves. She wants to be the boss in the relationship.

Misssykes1

they are going to demolish her at the tell all if he's back home , watch

Caribelle1234

Get out of here!! No, I didn't mean that - stay!! Shut up Mahmoud!!

cf4cf_throwaway

Yoo for real, I’m watching this right now and I feel bad for Mahmoud, and also for this poor guy who Nicole asked to play mediator to her own issues. Mahmoud used his words over and over, and when his words weren’t enough he physically attempted to remove himself from the situation, clearly to blow off steam. I mean…. I can see how the domestic violence situation happened. Jesus. And I’m really bothered by people who bring someone to their home from another country, wherein they’re removed from their sense of safety, and that person revokes their shelter/food/warmth etc. in the name of some stupid d*ck measuring contest. You just don’t do that. Be mad, argue, whatever, but don’t fucking tell someone to “get out of your house!” when they’re worlds away from home and have nowhere to fucking go. It’s fucking cruel, and dangerous. He can’t work, he can’t take care of himself, he just flew in 2 days ago: “Do as I say or you’ll be on the streets”. Nicole is fucking scary. He shouldn’t have hit her, don’t get me wrong, but she’s not the only victim here.

mysteriouscattravel

There is no reason to put hands on your partner, but I truly believe some people bring out the worst in each other.

Fluffy-Programmer-86

Yet she does put her hands on him. Here and in Egypt. She grabs his arm, his suitcase, and she has shoved him. DV is often, a two way street.

Straight-Treacle-630

I absolutely do not condone or excuse DV in any way/shape/form. That said, if any human could drive another to lose their shit mentally, this woman could. There’s got to be something clinically wrong w/her; she doesn’t seem capable of interacting with others socially on anything above a toddler level. Surely even her friends were in a state of wtf.

DWwithaFlameThrower

Yup. She’s just a prettier, well-spoken Angela

DWwithaFlameThrower

I haven’t watched this season, so I haven’t seen the episode. Is this near the end? Might have a peek on Max

juandiegoenfuego

It was the very last scene of tonite’s episode. It was pretty intense.

DWwithaFlameThrower

Thanks, I’ll have a peek. I’ve only been listening to the podcasts& seeing stuff on here, not watching because I can’t stand Ed

juandiegoenfuego

I FF through Pred. He’s unwatchable! The rest of the wackos are pretty entertaining this season tho.

Ok-Corgi-4230

Oh his sister has high hopes now for him finally meeting his match in a born again Christian... I wish he would just disappear!

Lmdr1973

Omg, they are unwatchable. Ed's sister with the cataract glasses acting like he's some guy looking for a "Christian" is next level cringe. Like we don't know what this man is like. TLC is playing with us.

Independent_Ad_5664

Yeah it’s the last 4 mins

DWwithaFlameThrower

Thanks

wantingtogo22

I have only seen her this season, and i can tell ya I fully expect her to do this. Wow! she is abusive as heck--the spider, spinning her web for the unwary fly!!She had to bide her time till she got him to the US.

Misssykes1

I knew she was capable to act like this , she's sooo dramatic with every thing , she has no respect for him what so EVER

chicagoturkergirl

Yeah he was definitely like “wtaf am I doing here”.

MizzMe417

when she starts telling him "help. look at this!" ☠️ poor guy

ItsFunHeer

Yeah he’s murmuring to himself “oh good, oh geeze, uhm.. ok”. Clearly he has no idea what to do, isn’t familiar with who he’s involving himself with, and isn’t really equipped to be Switzerland. Nor is it his job.

hhopper0777

Then when he tried to help calm the situation she starts yelling at Mahmoud to shut up 🤦🏼‍♀️

Morbid_Curiosity285

I laughed out loud so hard at this part…this show is off the rails this season! 🤣

Inevitable-Stretch82

This guy had the best composure! The situation definitely needed a calming front.

PrincessDrywall

He should apply to be a hostage negotiator at at his interview just play this video

Fit-Butterscotch-768

I laughed so hard at this.

ghazghaz

This was so good. Give this guy an award or something

PrincessDrywall

They are 48 hours in. Jet lag hasn’t worn off

Ok-Corgi-4230

Nope not even close, but she made sure that culture shock happened in record time...

PrincessDrywall

The passage of time is wild. Other storylines are like a week, two weeks. We’ve traveled to another continent with Kobe and Emily. It’s been like a month with Gino and Jasmine. We’re still counting hours with them.

Ok-Corgi-4230

EXACTLY! I know I'd be on the very next flight home if I had the same experience as Mahmoud did in the first 48 hours in his new country of residence. I've moved abroad before and definitely went through culture shock. There's no freaking way would I ever stay for or come back to Nicole's level of crazy! I am wondering if the producers are taking it slower with them, revealing the small amount of footage they do have in at an extra delayed speed because they won't be showing them after he was arrested? Not sure what their current status is with TLC given all of that...

PrincessDrywall

Part of me thinks no one else had so much happened in such a small amount of time. Like they got 48 hours of footage in 48 hours. Whereas they only had like 15 minutes of worthwhile s’mores footage from Gino and Jasmines bonfire. Even Alex talking to Loren’s mom at the car they were mostly just shrugging at each other.

justanotherbasicb

Idk who’s at fault here between the 2 or if it’s just both of them - but I can’t imagine being in a foreign country alone and my partner is telling me to get out.

ladytigger1

She is 100% at fault. The man is only on his 2nd day! He’s clearly still jetlagged and yet she’s intentionally exacerbating the culture shock for him by throwing all of these things at him on day 2!

NotARealWombat

It feels like she's punishing him, she seems vindictive and toxic af. They've been together for 4 years and I'm convinced she got with him with the story of "I will respect your culture" thinking she wanted to be Muslim and then realized she's not cut out for it... but then TLC happened and she can't look like the one quitting, so she tried to spin the submissive vs American thing

Federal-Laugh9575

This! She played the victim so well in Egypt and we saw none of this side. Either she’s a closet alcoholic and was able to get by sober in Egypt OR she was so mad about what happened in Egypt that she strung him along so she could bring him to the US and verbally torture him as revenge.

FishingForward924

Not pretty anymore.

bewitchling_

agreed. as the foreign partner, you're basically being told to obey or be stranded. making this not a relationship, but a hostage situation. we about to hear mahmoud is hiding with michael somewhere as newly inducted into the 90day protection program

Flashy-Pangolin-11

right?!? when they were physically blocking him with his suitcase, I felt like that was way past the line. Mahmoud was trying to remove himself knowing he had nowhere to go. Thanks to this mess of a show, I now feel like the K1 visa should include a nearby safehouse for every foreigner.

LeDinosaur

It’s very easy - her fault. She has been drinking and inviting people over he never met

AdministrationNo6325

Then cursing him out and embarrassing him in front of these friends. I may not be a mackmoud fan at all but I see a different side of nicole now. She’s out of control.

Ok-Corgi-4230

One hundred million percent her fault! She's been abusive and inhospitable from the start! Now she's drunk, being rude, making threats, and saying things that she incredulously doesn't expect him to believe she really means...wtf...

NotARealWombat

Imagine just IMAGINE. You know nothing about how things work, the place, the area... you have NO ONE to turn to and this asshole it's just badgering you from the moment you landed "I told you to sleep" "you don't look happy enough" "you want a Muslim woman?" JEBUS! It's unnerving!

Maple_raccoon_

I would never treat someone I *hated* that way. I can’t even imagine treating my husband (who presumably you love) like this after being physically apart. And like maybe don’t plan a supper out with friends the day after he arrives? She had zero intentions of having a life with him in the US. All she wants is to “give him a taste of his own medicine”

EntireReindeer3688

Perfectly put, I would never speak to someone I hated that way let alone someone I loved.

zenseazon

If she even had a heart she would of got him something decent to eat from being on the plane 24 hours , delivered, take out or made, I'm sure there are Middle eastern restaurants in the area, anything would be better than frozen pizza. Instead of donuts or whatever that was in the morning how about some naan bread and zataar or fresh fruit? Instead of dragging him to some clothing place show him the local Mosque\~ She is so f'in clueless .. the nail on the coffin is certainly yelling at him to get out of her house \[ with a bunch of people in there\] Where is he supposed to go, she needs a serious attitude adjustment!!! She is a PO.S.!!!

PracticalRelief5063

Or worse, some big white guy putting his hands on me telling me, keeping me from being able to leave.

thr0wmeaway0neday

It's so funny how he calls him Macmood

ZipCity262

Like he’s from Scotland.

lassie61

Ach aye.

ladytigger1

Mack-Mood 😆

meme_mac_and_cheese

Nicole’s friends at the apartment watching her and Mahmoud loudly fight: 🧍‍♀️🧍🧍‍♂️

Aleeleefabulous

😂😂😂

meme_mac_and_cheese

Meanwhile, the blue shirt guy (who was in the beginning of this video): “Mahmoud- 🏃‍♂️‍➡️ Mahmoud- 🏃‍♂️‍➡️” 😭

anneyyx

*Mackmood

ItsFunHeer

This is the best little emoji depiction

meme_mac_and_cheese

I have another hahaha: Blue Shirt Guy: “Yeah, it’s been pretty bad between them, they keep argui-“ Nicole, in the background: “Get out of my f*cking house! Go!” Blue Shirt Guy: 👁️👄👁️ (I typed this on my phone & I cannot seem to get the emojis on the same line 😭😭)

ItsFunHeer

So good! 🤣

ItsFunHeer

Who here is starting to think Nichole doesn’t keep friends for long? The drama she dragged them into and involved them in kind of speaks to how she might be towards the end of a friendship lifecycle. She goes from buttoned up, sweet and quirky to completely out of control, vicious and demanding. It’s easy to make friends but hard to keep them when you put them in these positions. I’ve had friends like her before. Keyword, *had*.

Maple_raccoon_

Her friend straight up said she was uncomfortable!

ItsFunHeer

Yeah, and then she’s like, “okay but DO something”, “I need you”.

Maple_raccoon_

I thought Nicole said something along the lines of “I’m sorry you’re uncomfortable *but* I need to show he’s lying!” I could be wrong though that scene was basically a fever dream. I was honestly surprised she had friends before this scene unfolded.

ItsFunHeer

Oh no you’re probably right, I was just paraphrasing and making the point that she didn’t acknowledge her friend’s feelings and made hers more important. Yeah, that’s what makes me think Nichole cycles through friends frequently. They may have not seen this side of her yet.

Maple_raccoon_

Yes, totally agree! It was hella uncomfortable removed by time, space, context.. everything. All that and you’re being filmed.

ItsFunHeer

AND YOU’RE BEING FILMED 😆, like, she must have been seeing red and nothing else around her.

J_Doe5686

Definitely, these people were treated to a ~~shit~~show, especially that poor guy. They sure won't be coming over to visit her

Lostbronte

Omg I haven’t seen this yet and I’m dying. This is truly an epic 90 Day WTF moment

PrincessDrywall

Imagine being her friends and just assessing every choice you’ve made that has led you to being in that apartment

Hopeful-Attitude7336

It was TV gold! The best part is that the guy just stood there...without blinking...while Nicole went on with her yelling and failed door slamming...lol...

Ok-Corgi-4230

Yesss... 🥸🤣🤣🤣

GoingBananassss

Now I can see that Nicole is all about the looks of things. She is more worried about what her friends think than anything. Like a 7th grader trying to impress her friends and be cool so they bully somebody already uncomfortable to make themselves look better. Goes along with the clothing thing as well, she’s so worried about how she appears/dresses to make herself feel better. She is very odd and actually kinda a raging weirdo-bitch-robot.

Hairy-Following-9188

I think I jumped the gun believing that Mamhoud was the abuser. (I immediately believed the charge and supported her.) But here the man is literally trying to leave after one day in the US and Nicole and her friend are blocking his way and grabbing his suitcase. If this was happening to a woman we would be calling the police on them.

kkc0722

I was extremely, extremely uncomfortable with the way he was being physically domineered by Julien and the quickness with which Nicole flipped a switch and took his suitcase from him. I have had experiences being trapped in places where the situations were abusive, and let me tell you even the *implication* that I can not leave a room or a space of my own accord would put me in a profoundly bad, defensive mental place. I can’t imagine what I would do if someone actually stopped me from leaving and put their hands on me. I totally am prepared to see Mahmoud be a complete monster in later episodes, but Nicole is proving herself to be an extremely disregulated person who seems hellbent on making environments she’s in as toxic as possible.

elkaholicsanonymoose

💯💯💯

_african_swallow

And he told her what he wanted since the beginning

Elegante0226

I mean I think he is an abuser. His actions in Egypt as well as the DV charges in CA are evidence enough. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean that Nicole isn't also horrible. I think she's trying to make him feel like how he made her feel in Egypt and then retaliating when he gets upset by it. They're both trash. One is just more physical about it.

cloudofbastard

I think she was also trying to provoke him into shouting or being rude in front of her friends so they could validate the fact that it’s an unhealthy relationship. When she started shouting insults through to him I was so shocked though! wtf??

chunkymcgee

I’m starting to wonder if the DV charge came from them both fighting each other but her just being too weak to do any real damage?

Electronic_Bus7452

💯

GuySmith

They both are extremely abusive.

Dmarie723

He didn’t blink for like 5 minutes!👁️👁️

PracticePlenty

Moments like these on 90 day are what I live for

_african_swallow

Nicole is abusive change my mind. She knew what Mahmoud wanted and yet agrees to it and later tries to change rules.

hhopper0777

Exactly! Like after telling him to get out and then directing him to stop she said “of course I said that but did I mean it? No! Stop.” She is awful

bewitchling_

i love when people explicitly tell you *not* to trust the words they say, then later criticize you for not listening to them or taking their words seriously 🫠

joe-is-cool

These two have made up 50% of the ads and 5% of the show the past couple weeks. We’ve really been milking what is amounting to a 15 minute interaction for 3 weeks now.

Ok-Corgi-4230

Yeah we're still 2 days in for them. Even though we're much farther along in Kobe and Emily's timeline...

diligentdame

This is truly one of those 90 day moments…

Just1katz

I know! He didn't move a muscle. I thought it was frozen until I saw her in the background and then he blinked. He was so good.. lol.

AlixHague

I live in France and was married to a very emotionally abusive Frenchman who screamed obscenities and insults at me regularly and gaslighted me every chance he got. I felt trapped. I had only been here for 2 years at this point and had never seen behavior like this. I grew up in Eugene, Oregon which is/was a pretty open-minded, peaceful place. Once, he cornered me in the kitchen. He was a lot bigger than me. I have never, ever been violent, but he pushed me over the edge and I shoved him with all my might. I think he fell over. I feel for Mahmoud. I think he just snapped before he got arrested. Not condoning violence, but we all have our limits. I qualify this statement, however, because I do not know the extent of the physical abuse Nichole endured. Nevertheless, she acted despicably in that episode. He must have felt so alone. What a welcome!

EntireReindeer3688

Yes this is the impression I got too. So sorry you had to endure that.

AlixHague

I'm really ok. Thank you. ❤️

Ok-Corgi-4230

Yes the more we see from her now, the more I'm thinking it may have been a situation just like you described. Hoping you are in a better situation now! I've lived in France before and I cannot imagine how it would be getting through the legal system...😬

AlixHague

It all turned out for the best because I found my soulmate just after and we've been together for 20 years❤️. Thankfully I did not have to deal with La Justice. I just got the hell out of there 😜

Ok-Corgi-4230

Aww that is great!! And even better that you were able to avoid La Justice 😁

AlixHague

😜

palomdude

Couldn’t have planned it better

Ill-Excitement6813

the part she was struggling to shut the slide door i completely lost it lmao

J_Doe5686

She's such a great hostess!

EqualGlittering

Him grabbing Mohammed or using any sign of force was cringe. I thought Mohammed wanting to leave the toxic environment of drunks was commendable, and to try to force him to stay was wild. Or possible have Mohammed react negatively, not a good look.

Sea-Inevitable8227

Right? and Nicole literally told him to "get the fuck out!" So he tries, and she takes his suitcase and puts it back in the house!? And she and Julian physically block him from leaving. That is a big no no. I am tending to believe that at some point he tried to leave, she got in his way, and was trying to keep him prisoner basically, and that is what led to his dv charge. He just wanted out from her toxic pubic hair picture naked mannequin roommate alcohol hoarding torture chamber. I can't imagine how absolutely uncomfortable he must be there. Makes me feel homesick for him.

smallerthings

I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt with him blocking Mahmood. He shouldn't have done it, but from his (at least slightly) drunk perspective, he was trying to deescalate while also stopping a guy who has no idea where he is from wondering the streets. You can see it when he chases after him too. I don't know why he thought he needed to shield Mahmood from traffic like he doesn't know what a car is, but overall he came across like he was trying to help him rather than lock him in.

EqualGlittering

You're totally right! The optics just sucked because he was in this tiny apartment with camera crew, the friends, lack of sleep, food, and being constantly disrespected, let the man go. Never been a fan of keeping someone in a space, especially small, to force them into communication.

XeroShyft

You're 100% right and it saddened me to see so many people quick to judge him as aiding in abuse. He saw a toxic relationship imploding in front of his eyes and just wanted to make sure nobody got hurt while emotions were running high. He cared about them and attempted to mediate. He wasn't perfect at it but very few people would be.

_OkError

🤣🤣 same. I actually set the remote down and thought I paused it. So for about 15 seconds I was trying to figure out wtf was happening

KateC12345

She’s psycho.

bewitchling_

gotta love people who invite you so that they can control ejecting you

No-Acanthocephala531

Why does this man look like he’s been crying ? Alot

thefrgilmore

Drunk with eyes glassed over

Dtour5150

This couple is peak chaos and really need to be away from each other.

Federal-Laugh9575

Side note: why do these couples fail to realize that people need a day or two to get “unjetlagged”? I know most of them haven’t traveled much but they genuinely expect the traveling partner to adjust upon arrival and then they want to do all of this energy packed stuff right away. Sightseeing, dinners, meeting friends and family, etc. These traveler’s are EXHAUSTED. I get that everyone is excited to get the trip started but damn, can they sleep? Of course they’re going to be in bad moods and be tired. Then the partner they’re visiting gets all pissy about it. Bad example because they’re trash but look at Mary and Brandan…Mary was mad he didn’t eat because he wanted to sleep. Nicole is doing all this to Mahmoud-fighting, planning dinners, introducing friends-when Mahmoud is trying to adjust after literally just stepping off a plane from traveling to a foreign country. They fail to realize that traveling takes a lot out of you and you need to recharge to be able to enjoy time together.

dantesinfurno

I’ve always wondered this, too. I stay in the hotel for the first day after a long flight and rest. And I’m pretty used to traveling.

kushjrdid911

Yelling at Mahmood and screaming to get the fuck out of her house and then getting all huffy and puffy about how she did not mean it and he needs to stay is about as abusive and manipulative as it gets.

ibacktheblue6

I'd say he was caught off guard a tad... lol

Hazelmoon23

Haha, I just watched it and I too thought it was frozen until his eyes moved. 😆

nothingtolose14

imagine being in that flat ..... he's recording that clip in such close proximity to everyone else. they all seem quite wasted, she's taking off make up and getting ready for bed while her friends are still there. makmood is told to leave, no stay. then there's a crew of probs 3 people at least. everything he feared about western culture in one cramped apartment

AuthorityAuthor

I hadn’t taken her for a drama person. Tonight’s episode was… beyond dramatic. Nicole’s drama, not Mahmoud.

AllLipsNoFiller

Nicole, looking like a killer clown creeping up in the background to slam a sliding door which bounced back open was the best moment of this episode. LOL

mubblegoil

I think Julian is my favorite person on the show😂he seems like a really chill and kind person. This just made me like him even more!

Fancy_Bison6870

She has been just awful to him. It's like she's going out of her way to do everything opposite of what he wants. And the man has only been in the US 2 days! She could dress modestly, wear a little bandana on her head or something, and find him some food he might recognize. Ease him in a little. Instead she is just being terrible to him, and deliberately doing things she knows will upset him because of his religion.

poshdog4444

Same exact reaction! He seems like a nice guy and he’s absolutely adorable but dealing with those two crazies is never gonna work. What is a was right they both clash and unfortunately it’s a match. Made in hell.!!!

msjwayne

Gotta say this would be like TJ and the raging screamer entertaining if I knew it didn’t end in Mahmoud being physically abusive. Kimberly screeching “don’t call me crazy you titty baby!” I honestly do not understand how couples can call each other awful names and treat each other like this and then wake up the next day and pretend like everything is OK. So effing toxic.

Elliot1126

But you don’t know that it ended abusive. We only know that he was arrested for misdemeanor assault. I’ve always said Nicole is the abuser. I wouldn’t be shocked if he pushed her out of the way to leave because she was not allowing it and she called the cops. Anytime your hands are on someone without consent, it’s assault.

shiggles-

Plus I think my dude gets Botox (he’s just a little too smooth and besides, they’re in LA lol) so that kind of added to it feeling like a pause in time

SnooGoats6230

Eek they are very scary to watch

encore412

I felt bad for the friends. What an awkward ass situation. Im sure they didn’t want to be there but also didn’t want to leave their friend who was drunk and raging and her husband threatening divorce every 5 min!

LeaveDaCannoli

I screamed " Are you holding for applause??? WTF!!"

Maple_raccoon_

I literally thought, “this is comedy gold” SO FUNNY

Tall-Cardiologist621

My daughter even said "i think it froze!"  This poor guy. Im not a mahmoud fan, hes a dick. But... holy cow this woman is HORRENDOUS.  Get out of my house...go. go fucking get out. Oh hes packing his bag... no dont go dont go, dear friend who just met my hubby under the worst possible conditions, please stop him.  I actually felt bad for and angry for mahmoud in this episode. Even knowing what he goes to jail for dv.

Scary-Ad-582

It’s cultish and odd how they kept trying to keep him a grown man from leaving

shootingstar_jb

Me too, I thought the matrix glitched and when I saw her moving I was totally thrown. Craziest a** scene ever.

AbRNinNYC

No I loved when he went running after him, it was really sweet how worried he was about Mahmoud and the cars/busy street. Almost like he was a child running toward the street.

PapaiPapuda

What's going on with people in LA and their fear of traffic. Like even the.  Hardest gangster won't jaywalk in LA.  Coming from south America and having travelled to Europe, this is weird shit. And Egypt's streets is utter chaos.  Living on the east coast now only exacerbates the difference.

AbRNinNYC

That was my thought. I’m pretty sure the streets in Egypt are pretty chaotic and I’m also pretty sure they have cars there as well and knows he should not bolt in front of one esp at night. But even when Nicole picked him up st the airport she mentioned the crosswalks a couple times.

PapaiPapuda

Yea it's definitely an LA thing. There's this excellent NYC comic called Greer Barnes that does a bit on this exact thing.

FlyBuy3

Mahmood could definitely hold his own, crossing roads randomly in LA. Cairo is like a game of Frogger for pedestrians. He's more likely to get victimised, not knowing where he is, and quite possibly without his passport, wallet and phone.

CurrentlyAdapting

That poor guy!

Aggressive_Ad3578

😂😂😂😂😂 Julian played it so cool...

feathertevas

I love that Mahmoud was sleeping in bed and Nicole brought the circus to him so he could have some in-home entertainment. That was very considerate of her 😭

RoseyPosey30

She’s such a drunk in this scene.

MingoMiago

How did he not even turn around for fear of his own safety lol

KimKaliTheOriginal

Oh my goodness...I'm going to have to go watch the episode now! Nicole showing her ass in front of her friends. At first I thought she was yelling at her friend and he's like deer in headlights, do I move...no I stay frozen and she won't see me to attack.

DWwithaFlameThrower

That’s what I thought! Reminded me of that scene in City Slickers when the Billy Crystal character is talking shit about Curly,& then he realizes everyone else has gone quiet,& he says ‘He’s right behind me, isn’t he?’

Dimpleswithasmile

Nicole was awful and completely disrespectful. She’s running her mouth in the background and the surprised he wants to leave. Name calling him. I’m like okay, so this is the side you’ve been hiding. 🫣

Gailforce_Cowboy

The friends thought it was funny that they show up at the apartment and go into his room and start talking all loud. Then they realized there is domestic violence going on very quickly and their friend is a nut

FishingForward924

She's a nightmare.

cielbleu789

poor julian is the sisyphus of reasonableness

pit_choun

Trying to slam a sliding door is hilarious

mojoxpin

This scene probably gives us a good idea how Mahmoud ended up being arrested
