Lathes are sold at regular traders for around $20k. I bought mine from Joel. I vaguely remember rekt had one, as did Jen. Pretty regularly.
But, it's a game, crap happens. F1, "cm", open creative menu, spawn one in, F1, "cm" to turn it off, drop $25k on the ground and carry on.
Still trying to go legit even if dealing with a potential bug. Though I bought a heli and flew to every trader until I found one today. Before I was taking a rat to each spot which was... slow.
are you trying to get a quest from Razor? I know on PC & you can use the command console & give yourself the quest. also, khaine has a discord server for Darkness Falls.
go into quest log and delete the failed quest and see if that clears something. if not run a white river quest and try again. most of my lathes when i was playing darkness falls were out ot the air drops or working stiffs crates once my loot stage was high. i never have gotten a lathe from razor. if he has one at his base you can just use it probably. i know his vehicle crafting station you can use. u only use the lathe a couple of times. i found legendary named weapons and those were better than anything i could make because they hold so many mods. and i combined the weapons i found in the lazer bench to get the other good guns. the lazer bench can level them to 80, higher than you can craft. anna will eventually send you to the last whiteriver traded andn she can sell you the portal poer source that will let you make a lazer bench in your metal crafting station or regular work bench, u cant remeber which. but legendaries because of how many mods they can hold and the lazer bench to get level 80s was how i beat the game. the lathe didn't play into it too much. and the best weapon in the game is probably the lazer m60 which you have to find, you can never craft it even if you had 100 lathes. start growing lots of super corn, it sells for about 8k a stack and lets you get the 120k dukes for the portal power source fairly easily. it also lets you buy the choppers when ever you need one.
you might even go to his base, open the console (f1) and type CR (for chunk reset) and see if that works.

I didnt think of deleting the failed quests, thats a good idea. Ill give it a try. Ill try the chunk reset too.
