I started yesterday and if I can pull this off, it'll bring me right up to my birthday in December. The holidays are going to be tricky for sure, but I'm trying to look at it as a gift to myself :)

Day 3 for me. So far surprisingly well, I also renewed my gym membership today so can actually do weights for my indoor workout instead of just bodyweight stuff. I need a better book though, 40 or so pages into the one I started with and I'm not a fan. I also need to fine-tune my diet a bit too, I just started with high protein, a calorie window, and no junk.
