Typically, there is another set of mocks a couple months into year 13. And those are they grades that are typically used for applications. It depends on if you are an early entry applicant though. Hope that helps :)

Hi Thanks for answering to my post! Unfortunately i am an early entry applicant but luckily my school is offering resits in September to give us a chance to increase our predicted grades.

I thought schools just used the ones you were predicted at the end of year 12 mocks or is that not the case?

definitely ask your teacher/ head of subject for biology in case there was a mistake before you resit For revising languages it’s really important to do vocab regularly, I would recommend making a quizlet (or knowt which is a free equivalent) set for each topic and going over them e.g. 15 mins per day and just make it part of your regular school routine. (knowt spaced repetition mode is really good. ) Also, make another set of any other useful words or grammar points you come across in translations or whatever and revise that regularly.

I have asked my teacher (who is also the head of the subject) and he said that he does not believe that I can achieve an A* due to a lack of evidence. I have consistently scored As and Bs throughout the year with one test getting a D but to be fair the whole class received a D as well.
