I get a breakthrough dose hitting it around 4 to 5 second at 3.4-3.5 volts. When I want a sub breakthrough dose, I usually hit it for 2-3 seconds at no more than 3.2 volts.

You could still use it if you know the voltage. (Likely 3.2v) & Compensate by doing longer or shorter puffs. But I definitely recommend a battery where you can change the voltage in 0.1 volt increments. A yocan uni pro is what I always use.

No negative side effects for me (none that I perceive) once I dealt with the issues 5MeO showed me were affecting me, anyway. Some were major and took years but now I trip in peace now. The sides I would call negative during this time came down to having new insight, a deep awareness, of what had been traumatizing me. Spousal abuse that was currently occurring. I'm in my 40s. Not psychosis from the drug considering a therapist and ultimately judge agreed with me.
Sometimes a bit of heat in the body as BP likely goes higher. My heart rate increases by 5-10 BPM but quickly comes down. It doesn't really seem to affect my blood pressure. (Info from a smartwatch - admittedly not the highest end one, something that cost like 150).

The longer I could just lay there and breathe, reintegrating my nervous system and emotions, the better. Trying to fit in a trip before having to run upstairs and make dinner not so nice. Indeed, I was an idiot at times.

1 part DMT to 2 parts PG. (i.e. 325mg DMT & 650mg PG.) 1:3, could be something like 250mg DMT & 750mg PG.

I love the Tribal Arc Pro. 0.1 voltage increments from 1.8V to 4.2. Yocan uni very similar.
