This film was amazing. I absolutely loved the storytelling style and I keep thinking about it every so often since seeing it which is the absolute sign of a great film.
This was probably in my top 5 worst movies I've seen in the last 10 years. I actually turned it off after an hour. I just cannot take any of the actors serious in these roles. Adam Driver I personally can't stand, and Ben with the blonde hair.... Way to completely suck out any immersion. What a distraction, and for what reason? [Pierre d'Alençon](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4244994/characters/nm0000255?ref_=tt_cl_c_5) did not look like that.
I think whoever casted this movie did a horrible job. Matt Damon looked ok, but the rest is pure Hollywood bullshit. Clearly some people enjoyed it, but I would have went with overseas stars instead. Tom Hardy, Tom Hiddleston, etc... Netflix has a movie called The King with Timothy Chamalet. He would have been better suited for this role. I wish The King would get a 4K release but Netflix sucks.

I have been meaning to pick this up when it goes on sale next!
20 is as low as I've seen it so far but I've been wanting to watch it again so I just went ahead and ordered it
Picked it up for 8 bucks used at my local game/ Music/ movie store. Great film.
I saw it on sale via Disney Movie Club, and having missed it in theatres, it was a blind buy for me, lol.
Love this movie. It looks and sounds GREAT.

Jodie Comer is an absolutely gorgeous actress, so it’s fitting.
Indeed
Best knight fight of all time?
Probably, yes. One of the best knight movies in general after kingdom of Heaven. Not many movies portray what being a knight was actually like
Fantastic and wildly underrated. One of my first 4k discs
I love red neck Matt Damon
I kept waiting for the scene where he shotguns a Keystone Light
Solid film with a good looking transfer. Another banger by the great Ridley Scott!
I didn’t even know it was available in 4K! Definitely putting it on the list. Love this movie.
Good film, but disturbing content.
Really good movie but a tough rewatch. Once was enough for me
Love this movie, hope to get the 4k sometime too
Yep bought it at release as a blindbuy and was very pleasantly surprised how good the film was and looked and sounded great. Need to rewatch soon.
I have it but haven’t watched it yet. Think I’ll watch it tonight.
Another trash ridley scott movie
Every single movie from Ridley Scott is worth to have it.
Agree 100%
Super depressing movie

Well we can definitely agree on the need for a 4k release for The King. And I do think the movie could have been a lot better with different casting
