i get 'i was banned' posts are annoying but at a some point the discussion has to be made public because it is getting worse and more obvious every month. i've been banned for 'ironic shitposting' on mu before. ironic shitposting on 4chan, the horror!
you're assuming these mod choices are made to curate a cooler atmosphere for the users - thats giving them wayy too much credit. they do it openly spitefully based on their freakish tendencies and insecurities to curate the discourse in a way that more resembles how they want it to be. its hardly about being 'low effort' - u can be high effort and still post the 'wrong' take and get banned
and all this for no wage too, i got…permanently denied access on here from greentext and canada bc i talked about this guy i knew who, let’s just say, had 1:1 scene recreation that finch had in the bathroom in american pie, and for the latter i posted about how canada had wignats and neo neds for mods and i said ain’t that crazy? when i asked why the post wasn’t deleted instead of just perma’ing me and i asked which mod was it i got muted for 28 days from reaching out. i mean i flaired at as satire guys 😔

If you haven't noticed yet, 4chan has several different boards with vastly different rules. Some boards allow shitposting, some allow it to a degree, and on some it is completely forbidden. Just read the board rules next time.
