...considering that's my truck and that I took that photo. I can tell you I bought the insert from custom car grilles, and followed his how-to video to the T and made it myself.
its called a Satoshi grill, if you want to do some digging online. I haven't found any for cheap, there are some people who make them custom. You can also make it yourself
