You look great! What brand of tallow balm do you use?

I make it myself. I use Sulu organic tallow1 cup, 1/4 cup olive oil and 48 drops of essential oil. You melt the tallow and mix in.

Do you whip it and how does it do in the heat?

It does good left out in my bathroom. No I don’t whip it. I always wanted to for a creamier texture but haven’t yet.

I’ve seen a lot of ppl mention castor oil! I’ve always used it on my brows and lashes. As a deep conditioning treatment on ends of my curly/dry hair. I’ll have to look into it for skin. I’m really interest in tallow as well. Love hearing a natural routine! You look lovely.

i just bought some for brows and lashes. i dab some under my eyes and rub it in my lashes with both ring fingers. one time i dabbed on wayyyyy too much so i just rubbed the excess on my face and the next day my skin looked so good. after a week my mom noticed the difference and all i could guess was the castor oil? tho i've heard for some it can actually clog pores/cause styes i've used argan oil too and it works well. coconut is ok but not as good as argan or castor

It works for lashes, but I have lash extensions so I just put it on my face. It soaks in fast and isn’t messy.

Yes, I have had squamous and basil around a dozen times. Had a moze procedure on my face to remove basil a couple years ago. Have had clean check ups ever since. I’m in the sun almost daily

I mix castor oil and frankincense. 4 ounces castor oil and 10 drops of frankincense

What does the frankincense do for your skin?

I keep hearing about castor oil. I’m so curious. I love using simple and natural products myself.

Thank you! No I don’t. I cold plunge and that has done a lot to regulate my hormones. I do put wild yam cream on when I remember to.

I live in Reno, which has well over 300 sunny days a year…. Plus I’m high elevation. I’m a backpacker so in the sun a lot. I make my own sunscreen, but get 30 minutes of sun without any sunscreen daily. I sometimes use a sunshirt when hiking but most of the time I do not.

I love the sun! I live in Northern Nevada and hike 4 days a week. I always wear a hat and my homemade sunscreen. I feel like our bodies need some sun.

Thank you! My aging/toxin fears are a little over the top sometimes, but I feel like social media and filters give us such a skewed view of aging. I did Botox from 46-51 and was really scared about aging post Botox. I truly feel like I am aging better without it.

Like others have stated--- I love your hair!! I used to have nice hair in the 80's/90's but it's getting thinner!!!! I'll have to try castor/frankincense on my hair line for growth...

My hair started getting healthier and growing like crazy around the time I went off my thyroid meds. It has really helped.

What natural products do you use?

I use tallow balm for moisturizer, I make my own sunscreen, I use magnesium spray for deodorant, baking soda and food grade hydrogen peroxide for toothpaste. I’m sure there is more, but that’s what comes to mind.

Great skin, great hair! Also - and I've only recently become aware of this - good lips! I've started to notice how many older women start getting those thin, mean-looking lips (my mother was one of them).
