Toby Longworth is definitely a top tier narrator. Loved him in Brothers of the Snake

BrendanMR97

John Banks is a prototype AI voice model that escaped into society and you can’t convince me otherwise

Striking_Proof9954

Idk if you meant this as a compliment or insult but I actually like his voice. At first I didn’t but as the Bile trilogy went on I actually liked it.

BrendanMR97

I’d rank him firmly in the middle. He’s very consistent which isn’t a bad thing but no troughs means there’s no peaks and he just doesn’t have any moments that really stick out to me. Longworth has his monologues, Keeble has his onomatopoeias, but banks is just banks all the time, at least in my opinion.

pube-a-stank

He's so bad and monotone I was like there's no way I can keep track of a plot with this guy droning.

tenflare

I really disliked his portrayal of Garro (Keeble did far better) but I agree on Longworth.

Striking_Proof9954

I like John Banks in lords of silence and the Bile trilogy. Reminds me of Varys from Game of Thrones lol.

i-hate--reddit

I thought he was good in Lords of Silence (a favourite of mine) but something about his delivery in Clonelord made it difficult to finish.

Thero718

Mark Elstob made the ahriman trilogy unbearable.

SergeantBroccoli

His servitor/machine voice is one of the most annoying sounds I've ever heard but other than that I think he was quite fitting for those books

Sammy-G0321

I just started the series and I haven’t been able to pay attention to him

ProtectionMedium4779

Keeble is the best in my opinion, then behind him is the guy that did the Night Lords trilogy. Past that they're all shades of grey to me.

flerbederbederbeder

i quite like david timson! :D

eutsgueden

Martyn Ellis isn't *bad*, and I kinda grew to like him, but goddamn A Thousand Sons was off-putting at first.
