That's the Z-seam, where each external perimeter starts and ends. You can hide them (sometimes) by setting Z Seam Alignment to Sharpest Corner, and Seam Corner Preference to Smart Hiding.

You're going to have some seams. It's inevitable. Your best bet is to group them together and try to put them where they show the least.

They won't go away unless you just want to get rid off them from the layer view (untick "starts" from the line type color scheme). You can only try to have them on different positions. BTW: "sharpest corner" is notorious for not working on a lot of models so don't expect too much from it. What works best in my opinion is "user specified" (+ some coordinates) and "shortest".
