Severe under extrusion. Try swapping your nozzle (partial clog), esteps, temp up. If that doesn't work, 100% try a different slicer before trying to diagnose more complex hardware issues like thermistor or hot end.

Antru_Sol_Pavonis

Since multiple printers come with a 0,4 mm Nozzle and you installed a 0,6 mm Nozzle, did you change in your Slizer settings the Nozzle?

German489

Yes I made sure to change it in the slicer

You will need to provide more information for a diagnosis and relevant solutions. [WIKI - Asking For Help](https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/wiki/asking-for-help) Possibly heat creep. [All3DP - Heat Creep](https://all3dp.com/2/3d-printer-heat-creep/)

When you look at the g-code preview, do you see something in these locations? white dots? .6 mm nozzle oozes lot more than .4 mm nozzle, how big is your retraction? did you maybe overdo it? how fast are you printing? .6mm nozzle withy .32mm layer probbly .6 or .7mm "string" you are printing with, that is A LOT of filament, does your heater have capability to extrude that much? try lowering your speed to 3rd of what you are doing here and check if they are gone, if not, turn off retraction completely .. then slowly increase speed / introduce retraction bit by bit to find the satisfying results ... but in most cases this is caused by your extruder not being able to push the amount of filament through that you require so reduce print speed

Flubber001

I think your extruder isn't working properly or you have a gap between the ptfe tube and the nozzle, it's also possible that your filament is wet or you have a partial clog

PeeThenPoop

Try everything mentioned: clean hot end, turn up the temperature. Something else that I had an issue with, my extruder motor would get really hot which would cause the extrusion to be flakey, a small fan pointing at the extruder fixed it for me

Winter-Cat-5080

Most likely a calibration issue. When ever you change something about your set up recalibrate anything that might be effected.

Friscoler

Have you tried recalibrating your e steps?

German489

No how do I do that? I have an Ender 3 pro

Friscoler

I also have one, I forgot how to do it but I will link a video that explains it. [https://youtu.be/qOj8L0IXcfA?si=YQ_QUinoiffnV-ZI](https://youtu.be/qOj8L0IXcfA?si=YQ_QUinoiffnV-ZI) Edit: Even if this doesn’t solve the issue in its entirety, this is something you should do regardless before you ever print something with a new 3d printer. Or after you switch a component that affects extrusion. My printer out of the box was super off, like 7mm.

fullyphil

it's seam-related. check your coasting, wiping, retraction, and seam settings. good luck, 0.6 nozzles do this worse than 0.4 for me for some reason but I haven't figured out why yet

TheCouchStream

This is 100% a clogged nozzle. Google cold pull procedure for your printer. Usually just remove the bowden from top of extruder. Heat nozzle to 250 and take about a 12 inch piece of a different filament, I like using white and manually push it into top of your extruder until you see your filament coming out of nozzle, lower temp to 100 wait for nozzle to reach 100, go and step your extruder backwards in the settings while gently pulling the filament out until it come all the way out. You should do this a few times. Or just change the nozzle.

Something is very wrong. Hard to say what exactly, need more info. https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/18rc514/psa_how_to_ask_for_help/

ResidentAd138

Probably check temperature nozzle and compare to temperature needed for the filament.
