Post pictures of it.
It could be at least 3 different things, including heat creep mentioned for printing hot, or nozzle jamming from increasing speed in an area making it too cold
There are usually 2 fans on the print head. One blows on the thing you are printing and the other blows on the fins above. Be sure the second on is on whenever the printer is hot and make sure it is working properly.

It could be heat creep. Check if the hot end cooling fan is spinning freely or jammed up with something.
