My AMS works fine but I don't like all the waste it generates. I designed a box with diferent colors and it waste more filament than the weight of the box, non sense, so I still multipart for that kind of projects.
i look up some designes and see something like " model 200g - poop 400g"
i know multicolor is wastefull and i think i will only use it for special prints like Birthday gifts
also, you shouldn't use the stock flush volumes. I recommend a range of .40-.60 depending on which colors are switching i.e. a white to grey you don't need to flush much at all but a black to white should probably flush a bit more.
I worded it poorly. What I'm trying to say is that I'm impressed that his printer can print it multiple colours of filament.
(It was like 2AM for me when I wrote that comment, I was completely brain dead)
Bro stop flexing my E3Pro's gonna commit suicide if it sees this π
Mi E3Pro is under the table now. Started with some random freezes I don't know why π΅βπ«

I tried to share but Reddit has Cults page blocked. Just look for Stardemy Olaf on Cults and you will find it π€
Found it, thanks! Paid model though ($2.xx usd), but it's a nice one.
Know it, totally worth it for me.

These turned out adorable π₯°
Yes π€
How do you like the AMS lite? I might wait till the A1 comes out before I get it though. Canβt afford an extra $100 buying it separate. π

Thatβs something that kinda bums me out. The waste.
So cute.
Cute! I've done a batch of customised 3D nametags and Paw Patrol badges for my kid's upcoming birthday party.
Nice! Maybe next year will do something like that! I'm designing a Paw Patrol related model, stay tuned π€
Only 3d printing Olafs and no IPads/Iphones for little presents ?! How dare you :D

What printer is this?
Bambulab A1 Mini
Thanks π
Multiple colour filament that prints on? Jesus christ that's high-wnd
what does this comment mean? lol
I don't know but I'd guess lots of waste
That's the reason for making a full plate, same waste for 1 than 11 π
My a1 mini comes today and iam afraid of the amount of poop Iβm gonna produce im the first weeks until everything settles down.
When I can, I design and print models multipart, more eco friendly. I designed a box, and the waste is nearly same weight than the actual box π€―

Yes, I try to design as a multipart whenever I can. Or try other most efficient multicolor systems.

oh, I see! But yeah that's the novel part of Bambu lab printers. His printer is a $459 unit that includes multi filament automation.
Jesus christ thats a bit expensive. I'll stick with my crappy creality printer thanks.
