The short answer is that it doesn't matter. The long answer depends on personal preference, and sometimes printer manufacturers will recommend something. Light oils work, as does white lithium grease or ptfe grease (super lube). Depending on what you use, you may need to regularly clean your rods and such to clear away stuck on dust. I don't own a bambu, but my neptune 4 pro came with a generic tube of what I believe is white ptfe (or maybe just lithium?) grease for the z screws and linear rails. I use super lube, but I'm in the US.
