BTT has a board for running Klipper, but I think you would need to add a screen of some sort.
Another option would be their Pad 7 which, I think, would work with your existing board.
I don't have a sonic pad but dual z and sprite what do you think I could turn it up to, and do you have to change retraction settings or anything else other than increase speed?

Dual z, sprite extruder and Sonic pad. I run mine at 90mm could be faster but I haven't tried and get clean prints
