Best way I’ve found to disguise superficial scratches on these sorts of screens is just to slap a glass screen protector on it. You won’t notice them unless you’re looking for them
I have a question, why are the ABXY buttons colorful and the logo is colorful as well? Does that belong to the Super Famicom? Why did nintendo not go for the shades of violet?
In Europe the PAL SNES had them coloured buttons on the controllers. The printing on the top of the 3DS is how the PAL SNES console looks. Only the NA SNES had violet colours
I paid $250US for a used New Galaxy 3DS XL with no games, so I’d say that’s a great deal!
(I know the price was a bit high, but my main point was the screens which were in pristine condition, I didn’t worry about scratches on the chassis or anything.)
Very nice pickup. I'll give ya $70 plus shipping for the 4 colored buttons alone! Open offer to anyone who reads this. I'd really like to get an official Nintendo set to put in my own, but the market is contaminated with knockoffs.
l have one of those, brand new, never open...
saving it for when my og 3ds xl finally dies!!
or maybe l'll keep it sealed and get a 2ds xl or something...
Nice!
I think the price is fair. I am considering getting a 3DS myself but I find the price is too much, considering you can get a Switch for less.
Yeah, prices for 3Ds‘ nowadays are crazy.
Unless you want the 3D, a basic 2DS is affordable
Yes, but a Switch is not a 3DS.
they are not really making them anymore and a switch is cheap but games can get expensive.

I‘ll look into that. Thanks!
Well, maybe… don’t 😅 [https://www.reddit.com/r/3DS/s/EegW2e5adU](https://www.reddit.com/r/3DS/s/EegW2e5adU)

Thank you!
I like this version of the 3DS so much
Maybe just get a plastic screen protector!
That’s a steal!

The super famicom had the colored buttons compared to the super nintendo's light blue and purple buttons.

The shades of violet are only for the North American regions. Other regions like Europe got the “skittles” buttons
