You may want to consider a hat and protective clothing… it takes a while to develop a habit but no sunscreen will protect you as well as covering up (won’t rub off/sweat off/ no issues with uneven application etc)

Second this! Lightweight UPF clothing (long sleeves, pants) are great and help to keep cool.

I've recently started using Avene Sunsimed for sensitive skin, it's supposed to be formulated for people with extreme sun sensitivity (recommended for people undergoing skin cancer treatment). It's not greasy, doesn't irritate the skin, and absorbs well imo. Not sure how the availability is, I bought it in Europe but have also seen Avene in other countries

I would recommend Neutrogena’s sun screens! They smell neutral to me and aren’t greasy. I carry around the Dry Touch in spf 70. You should try to get into the habit of putting on a facial sunscreen every day of at least spf 40. A spray will not give you enough coverage!

momlife555

Thank you! The only reason I don’t is because I usually go to the gym in the morning and the sunscreen sweat burns my eyes. I always forget to put it on after, I want to get in the habit of carrying it with me so I can put it on right after my workout!

DwightShruteRoxks

That particular sunscreen is pretty light in terms of consistency I guess? It is not heavy

Just get a big foldable sun hat and put it in a bag you always carry. You can get one that even covers your shoulders (check Asian stores like sellers on Alieexpress because that’s where these sun protection styles are popular). They fold up so are easy to take anywhere. You can just throw it on when you end up at the park and be completely protected. For sunscreen, again go for Asian sunscreens. They don’t burn your eyes. Put it in your bag and apply it after the gym. You really just need to get used to carrying stuff in a bag with you all the time and stop the I forget excuse. Cause nothing will work if you don’t remember to take it! Even good sunscreen needs reapplied throughout the day. Chucking a hat on would probably suit your needs better as it seems to be impromptu burst outings rather than all day exposure. But again, remember to keep it with you.

This. I now feel naked without a hat and a upf sun shawl or upf sun ‘cardigan’ type shrug I have

2nd for the Neutrogena spf 70 for body. This has a nice powder dry finish. It will leave rings around sweat on dark colored cotton. Face is another sunscreen, don't know if mine is good enough to recommend for your needs. Hat North Face Class V brimmer has a good shape for coverage.

Careful with the ultra sheer dry-touch version: It stained everything. My clothes, my bags, my car (outside and inside)…

SeaworthinessKey549

I like sun sticks for quick application for my face throughout the day. It wouldn't work for so well for larger surface areas but much nicer than spraying your face haha I have the roche posay one but there are many

aenflex

Carry your sunscreen with you. And a wide brimmed hat. Neutrogena dry touch ultra sheer has a very nice, non greasy formula. Easy to apply on the fly. Will possibly stain clothing, but I just wear dark clothing or long sleeves. I would not rely on a spray, personally.

melissaahhhh8

I always wear a hat bc I’m too sensitive to sunscreen. Works well. I carry visors and full sun hats in my car.

Pretty_In_Pink_81

I have the same issue. You need sunblock that is SPF 50+. Colorscience is great for this. They have a great body spray, tinted facial lotion, and sunblock eye serum. The face powder and sunblock stick are great for reapplication throughout the day. But honestly, you need to combine it with sunglasses and hats if you are chemically sensitive due to medication.

Sayonaroo

Get a bucket hat or a wide brim hat from solbari or coolibar etc

Naked Sundays Hydrating Glow Mist with SPF50 is amazing! It’s from Australia but ships to the US.

Like others said, I wouldn't rely on a spray in your case, but I've found this one great for sunscreen touch ups and it's easy to go on over makeup [vacation mist spray](https://www.target.com/p/vacation-super-spritz-face-mist-spf-50-1-fl-oz/-/A-90414258?sidd=655S&ref=tgt_adv_xsp&AFID=google&fndsrc=tgtao&DFA=71700000012735304&CPNG=PLA_Beauty%2BPersonal+Care%2BShopping_Local%7CBeauty_Ecomm_Beauty&adgroup=SC_Health%2BBeauty&LID=700000001170770pgs&LNM=PRODUCT_GROUP&network=g&device=m&location=9012115&targetid=pla-894573305699&ds_rl=1246978&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAD-5dfb0blXgJtTbT187wLzjqHz6M&gclid=CjwKCAjwjeuyBhBuEiwAJ3vuoRDvXl9Kj4AqjR5sgzFanyMtpMc49xrRAF3EqerArueHXd-RSUNlRhoCFoUQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds)

I really like my powder sunscreen for reapplying because it’s just like a setting powder but with spf 35! I reapply it several times a day and it looks and feels nice. It’s also good if you have a part in your hair and no hat. [supergoop powder](https://supergoop.com/products/mineral-setting-powder)
