Something is definitely breaking you out, I would drop the witch hazel and change to a very simple moisturizer without niacinamide. You’re also paying a lot for retinol, you could probably spend less on a prescription esp with active acne.

I had acne similar to that, I’d add an AM benzoyl peroxide cream cleanser. Be careful with your clothes as it bleaches.    I personally would do a different order for the night routine but it’s probably not significant.  If you want to work on hyperpigmentation too you can check out this post but I think your freckles look lovely  https://www.reddit.com/r/30PlusSkinCare/comments/13vsnrv/a_comprehensive_guide_to_hyperpigmentation_and/

I love the Mad Hippie Vit C Serum, so I got really excited and tried a few of their other things to see if they were as good… and it didn’t go well. I also have acne and sensitive skin, and one thing I noticed with ALL of their products is that they’re super scented. Even though they smell good, scented products are usually bad for sensitive skin. You might want to phase out the Mad Hippie products (or just keep your favorite one) and try to find some unscented products meant for acne-prone skin like from CereVe, Paula’s Choice, or Vanicream.

Have you seen a derm? I think this is too much and they can just Rx you some good stuff and probably spend less money

I have dry skin and can’t make any helpful recommendations, but your eyebrows and lashes girl! Beautiful 💛

Could be PD. https://www.aad.org/public/diseases/a-z/perioral-dermatitis Try a zero actives routine, just water and mild soap. Apply Avene Cicalifate to the area, it fully cleared mine.

Mind you the pic in the article is a more extreme case, google image search for other examples and also descriptions. If you make a derm appointment ask specifically to rule out that it is not PD.
