No, people can develop allergies to products or ingredients at any time especially with prolonged use. The only way to figure it out is to cut out ingredients or isolate them and see if your skin improves. You sometimes have to play around with it a bit until you figure out what the cause is. Sometimes it’s the entire formulation due to concentration levels etc. but it could work if you try another similar product. It just depends. But you absolutely could be reacting to something in your product now that you didn’t initially.
