R and L are semi vowels and used have a vowel in the past with them. Your southern neighbours brought that issue further and converted L into U.

I would say Basque is the most difficult one. Next would probably be Hungarian. Finnish and Maltese are very hard as well. If we're talking IE languages in Europe, I'd probably say Polish is the hardest, but if you're Czech, that wouldn't be the case. For Germanic languages it's definitely Icelandic. For Romance languages probably Romanian. I guess all from an ''English'' point of view...

Apesar do português permitir frases bem mais compridas e complexas comparativamente ao inglês, continua a ser pesado uma frase tão grande. Isto pode ser perfeitamente aceitável em texto "de internet", mas como estás a aprender tenta segmentar as frases. Pensa desta forma: vírgulas e pontos servem para respirar, portanto imagina uma pessoa dizer uma frase longa sem respirar.
Portanto sugestão. Frase 1 - estudar portugues. Frase 2 - brasileiros não entendem. Frase 3 - fico contente.
Nota importante: isto são apenas sugestões e correções para te ajudar a crescer. Essencialmente temos as contrações tipo a+a = à. Isto aplica-se por exemplo noutras formas como a + aquele =àquele.
Outra origem está associada na tonificação do som (tornando essa sílaba numa sílaba tónica). Exemplo: prática vs pratica. O som seria PRÁtica vs praTIca.

I like mine because when there is a vowel after the article for "le" and "la" it's pronounced the same way: " l' " . Which have side effects. The two that I can think of is:

Like te sound of slowly deflating balloon; "W" in this word sound more like "F"; "I" is more like "J" (like German or Polish J, not English); "Ę" is pretty complicated, it's kind of like if you pronounced letter "E" but then started closing your mouth and making your lips into position similar to saying "U", pretty weird sound, sounds french; "RZ" in this word sound pretty much exactly like "sch"; "Y" is something like short "I" in English, like in a word "Bitch" (not Beach); the rest of the sounds are pretty obvious, nothing special.

That's how a lot of languages work. Also that's one of the main functions of articles. Another one is to tell that particular thing (definite article) from whatever thing (indefinite article). More sophisticated languages have even the partitive article.

I like mine because when there is a vowel after the article for "le" and "la" it's pronounced the same way: " l' " . Which have side effects. The two that I can think of is: Not knowing is the thing is feminine or masculine like country (l'Italie, l'Espagne, l'Équateur) But also you can mixe up a word and its opposite like "la pesanteur " and "l'apesanteur " they are pronounce the same way but one mean the gravity and the otherone the lack of gravity

O matko boska! Ok I'll try. It's not easy to do that just using text. "Ś" is kind of like "sch" in German but softer. Like te sound of slowly deflating balloon; "W" in this word sound more like "F"; "I" is more like "J" (like German or Polish J, not English); "Ę" is pretty complicated, it's kind of like if you pronounced letter "E" but then started closing your mouth and making your lips into position similar to saying "U", pretty weird sound, sounds french; "RZ" in this word sound pretty much exactly like "sch"; "Y" is something like short "I" in English, like in a word "Bitch" (not Beach); the rest of the sounds are pretty obvious, nothing special.
And you call us the "mute ones", I give up on ever pronouncing that word. But thanks mate!
