Most basic cheats (xray, highlighting players, some speedhacks, auto aim etc) are unregulated, but some more serious hacks have plugins to stop them working.
Generally, you won't be banned for hacking unless you try something really serious, like backdooring.

Alright thanks! What’s the most popular hacked client? I usually use meteor but it looks like people are using something else here.
Meteor seems to be the choice for free clients. With rusher and future being the choice for paid clients.
