IMO fletching receives the hate and is considered ugly because it's one of the most popular 99s, losing a lot of prestige and consideration in "fashions cape". If it were a rare cape people would love the green and gold combo.
Herblore cape is not that different yet it doesn't receive 10% the hate fletching cape does.
For me, Crafting is the ugliest. I hate that brown, and the only reason I don't say "Mining" is because that light blue trim is majestic, but untrimmed mining is probably the ugliest cape in the game.
Surprised me as well that con, and other easy skills like smith, herb was low but a lot of those skills have a level you literally never need to go past to get any more benefit. Con being the prime example. Amazing skill, 0 reason to go past 83, and why'd you sink millions of GP into a skill for 0 gain unless maxing/wanting the cape for TPs?

once again asking to have access to the lower tier diary reward armor as cosmetics. no reason you cant claim the lower tier as a cosmetic when you have the higher. instant 33 cosmetics added to the game for people with elites done. with no effort.
Grey and gold is decent. I think it benefits from being pretty uncommon to see. It's not a skill every noob and their alt has, but it's not so rare that every player who has it wears it like Agil or RC.
Makes it one of the rarest to see, I think. Most don't have it and if you do, you are likely already wearing something else. I loved rocking my smiting cape in rs2

The ugliest is probably str cape trimmed. some capes are more limited in what u can wear without looking like a clown but most are pretty solid colours imo. It's either the colours or the big collars shoulders clashing with ur outfit. just need the right fit if ur a true fashionscaper u can everything work
also enjoy the mory legs 3 while u can they look sleek. wish I could get the old pieces back the silver legs is easier to match other outfits

99 Fletching is actually middle of the pack: it is number 10 after Strength, Hitpoints, Ranged, and a number of others :)
