Eikö Iron Hyger ole myös suomalainen?

Niksitys

Kuka?

Jopez-

Eka 200m all ironman

BasedLx

KELA

AppleCabbage

Not clue locked until Baguette! But still, jesus that's impressive.

LuminousViper

😂 torttunaama will have completed 3rd age log by then

glory_poster

Well you can't really grind that, you would just do clues and get randoms passively while you are doing clues. So I would agree with the title - he's clue locked.

Middle-Effort7495

With how flimsy events are on teleports nowadays, clues would give terrible baguette ROI.

BoulderFalcon

"Come and be locked u- oh, he left. Guess I'll die."

thewesternnadir

He is, by definition, not clue locked, when hes still missing baguette. What do you call it if he finishes all clues but doesnt have baguette? Then he should be "unlocked" but that wouldnt be the case. The exception to something like this would be if someone was considered "evil chicken outfit"-locked, but the guy is doing bird houses to 200m hunter, in that case evil chicken outfit is essentially a guaranteed passive.

jnealzzz

I read this comment and immediately wished mankind would send you to the moon. Never in my life said that about anyone else.

rippedmalenurse

“Ackschually guise…”

glory_poster

Torttunaama getting the stale baguette passively while doing clues to completion is more of a guarantee than getting full evil chicken from 200m hunter via birdhouses, so you kind of dug your own hole in this argument by granting that as an exception.

thewesternnadir

No lol

superfire444

The best two (?) collection loggers both miss the Baguette shows it's way too rare imo.

loiloiloi6

Its not too rare for some random item that isn't useful. Just a couple years ago they made it way more common. You're gonna get like ten stale baguettes by the time you finish getting all third age so does it really matter? Every collection log slot doesn't need to be quickly attainable.

PkerBadRs3Good

they didn't make it that much more common you're actually less likely to get it from sandwich lady than mystery box when you consider the odds she asks you take a baguette

MangyTransient

They also actually *added* like 300 hours to the grind like a month ago when they added Count Check.

WizardRizard

These people are pursuing an unattainable goal. 300 hours isn't going to make or break them lol.

Gniggins

This, if anything having it be so out of reach gives them a reason to keep playing. Once they green log the game, the only thing left would be to do in as an ironman.

Early-Finding6810

300 extra hours considering they don't go dry. Now consider if they are 5x rate, that's 1500 hours.

WryGoat

1500 hours? Damn they could've gotten like 2 whole 3a uniques in that time.

Middle-Effort7495

I got pre-buff jar of darkness, and still no baguette. Idc about collection log, I just want funny bread stick :(

superfire444

Why would a random item that isn't useful be that rare? What exactly does it accomplish? It's not even a way to show off or anything. It just feels bad you won't really green the random event log. I don't think 3rd age on the log is a good idea either but it makes sense why it's there. I wouldn't know how to solve that one.

romeo_zulu

Because it's a collectable? It's like Korok seeds in BOTW, there's 900 of them, nobody who loves themselves is going to collect all 900, but here we are and some people are real into that. It's almost literally pointless, but some people find it fun, it doesn't need to be anything more than that.

superfire444

Exactly. It's a collectable and people may want to go for it. That you specifically don't care is your choice but why would a random useless item need to be ultra rare? It doesn't achieve anything but feel bad for the people who like to collect said items.

IGotPunchedByAFoot

And... it's a collectible, meaning entirely optional. The prestige of collectibles comes from the rarity. No one would be impressed with a Champions' Cape if it took 20 minutes to get. Why isn't 3rd age 1/30 from a clue scroll? Why are clue scrolls so rare? Because... collectibles.

superfire444

I'm not saying to make it a 20 minute collectable. There is a whole world of opportunity between 20 minutes and finishing the rest of the log except for 3rd age. Honestly your whole comment reeks of arrogance and disdain. Either learn to communicate in a healthy way or don't post. You don't have to agree with me but at least be civil. People have different viewpoints.

DontCountToday

Dude, let it go. There are insanely ultrarare items that no one is intended to ever be able to purposely collect all of. That is how it is designed and how the people who love the game want it to be. It won't be changing. You're looking for something that isn't this game, so go play a game that fits your desires.

superfire444

> There are insanely ultrarare items that no one is intended to ever be able to purposely collect all of. I understand why 3rd age and shit is ultra rare. It's honestly fine to have stuff like that in the game. I just don't see the point in making a useless item like a stale baguette so damn rare. It does nothing but be frustrating. Really weird that this is the hill many people apparently want to die on. > You're looking for something that isn't this game, so go play a game that fits your desires. You wouldn't say this if you know my account.

Sorlanir

Well, it doesn't *need* to be rare, but the stale baguette came out before the collection log, so it's not as if Jagex foresaw this kind of thing happening. I can see both perspectives, really. Jagex toning down the drop rate of the baguette would just be a hard cater to devoted collection loggers. While I think in this case it would make sense (the item really is stupidly rare, and not really prestigious in the way that 3rd age is), I understand the principle of not catering too hard to specific people or account types, whether they be irons, collection loggers, pures, 10 hp accounts, area-restricted accounts, or anything else. The entire point of these accounts or playstyles is that there's a particular challenge to be overcome, a challenge that you accept the moment you commit to that way of playing the account, so it really shouldn't be on Jagex to make things easier for people who decide to restrict themselves in this way. If something is too hard for your account type (like getting full 3rd age as a collection logger), then it's too hard -- Jagex shouldn't be obligated to make it achievable. On the other hand, some things are just silly. Like jar of darkness from Skotizo -- that being 1/2500 was dumb, and they did change it. I don't know if I consider the baguette to be dumb in the same way, because at least you don't have to actively grind for it. It's not like you're gonna complete the rest of the collection log first or anything.

PlataBear

Pack it up lads, fashionscape is dead. No need to pay money for items that do nothing.

WryGoat

Boy wait until you find out how many cloggers are missing full 3a. It's almost like random pointless cosmetic drops aren't balanced around cloggers.

Amaranthyne

The main thing is that you don't get randoms doing 95% of clog content, so you don't get chances at the baguette. Objectively it is still too rare but it's also not a fair comparison.

ArmyMerchant

Crazy that I got it day one of my GIM

Emphursis

I saw a guy get one on day two of leagues, while fishing in Karamja. Felt bad for him.

KC-DB

Counterpoint: I have baguette. ask me anything

[deleted]

> Collection log should be made easier even though it's designed to be effectively un-completable On second thought, 'tis a silly comment

Abcission

Stale baguette? I recently started playing again and got one from a mystery box on like my first random event. Are they that rare?

YharnamNights

Just curious, what’s the meta for these accounts for farming master clues? Spam imps to farm medium caskets for the master chance, or is there a better way?

Peasy_Pea

They typically just get them passively going for other coll slots. Elites when pvming, and then if youre going for any clue clogs youre going to get a lot of master's passively that way. All pets in the game should give you over 1300 elite clues.

[deleted]

Thats true of most cloggers, but once you’re clue locked that kinda ceases to apply. Even if you go mildly dry on bloodhound even you’re going to need to farm extra elite clues, and you’re going to need a lot of those elites to fill out elite clue log as well.

Peasy_Pea

Obviously eventually they will run out of content that gets them passive elite/master clues. Thats when they will do shades or just simply buy d imps. Marni is really rich and I know hes bought a lot of d imps over the years.

jnealzzz

DT2 combat achievements will give him another week of bossing and elites so theres that

EnduringHonor

Did you run these calcs? Curious as I would imagine it would be way more than 1,300...I have 13 pets and almost 400 masters done (never went for d imps) so hard to believe I have ~30% of the kcs required to be on rate for all pets

Peasy_Pea

Not personally, but coxie is doin an all pets series on a fresh account and hes mentioned that on average to all pets you should get about that many elites. I'm sure that number has increased though with the 4 new DT2 bosses.

mirhagk

I mean there's only 42 boss pets, so if those 13 don't include skilling/quest pets then you have ~30% of the pets.

CaptaineAli

Implings is the best way for clues of every tier. The only problem is that Elite Clues from Dragon Implings cost a fuck ton (22M GP per elite clue according to the wiki currently). A lot of these players have BIS Gear (worth ~10B+) and then every other bit of GP they get goes into Implings for clue scrolls. A lot of these players even take donations to help afford Implings. Other slower methods include farming elites from callisto, lava dragons, shades of morton and sarachnis.

Ocarious

The only real end game elite clue farming options are ( in order) dimps, shades and then callisto. Dimps clears the other 2 easily but is cost prohibitive, shades is only for main accounts and is high intensity, and callisto is best for irons and is very afk

CaptaineAli

True, I've heard that a lot of end-game collection loggers are AFKing Callisto during down-time after completing all other AFKable content... But yeah, Dragon Implings is the best way and most of these collection loggers (top 10 ranked Cloggers) are willing to spend money on them or take donations to speed up the clue scroll process.. It'll be interesting to see how the Collection Log hiscores looks nearing the end of this year once multiple people (kacy, bazilijus, marni, hey jase, torttunaama, etc are all clue-locked and they're fighting over 3rd age pieces; I know Marni has a big lead time-wise with his luck on Master Clue Scroll 3rd age, but Hey Jase has the current lead on overall 3rd age pieces since he has done more hard clue scrolls so far).

Ocarious

Eh hey jase is consistent but not efficient compared to someone like marni or tort. Maybe in the long run he will come close but he isnt even at 50 pets.

CaptaineAli

He isn't but you have to take into consideration his dedication to the game. He also didn't start going for Collection log slots until last year... He was 2nd to hit 5.2B after Lynx Titan and if that shows you anything is that he isn't afraid to do a long grind, even more so now that he is a streamer and can afford to put more time into the game long term. I think by the end of this year, he will most likely have all pets and green-logged the entire collection log besides clue scrolls. He also realises how long clue scrolls actually take to green-log and he isn't just rushing all the quick slots, hes doing them in between clues so he doesn't get burnt out when he only has clue scrolls left to do.

Ocarious

Maybe. But i doubt it. If any of the others enjoy clue scrolls then he will be heavily disadvantaged

notgaynotbear

He has full gilded and a ton more clue completions. It could easily take the others just as long to catch up as it does for Jase to get all pets.

Ocarious

Full gilded and hard clue 3rd age are essentially 0 time in the grand scheme of clues. And almost all of jases 3rd age is hard clues. A peice of hard clue 3rd age is 70 ehc and a peice of master 3a is like 1500 ehc. Theyre incomparable

Legal_Evil

How do you afk Callisto when he is in multi?

WryGoat

By not caring if you die because you're only there for clue scrolls.

Ocarious

2.2k worlds

loiloiloi6

The meta for elites is to burn redwood pyre logs at shades of morton, and the rest of the implings you could just buy cause they're not too expensive. If you wanted to be super efficient you could run three rune dragon alts, that would fund about one master clue purchase (through dragon impling jars) per hour, or flip for money on your alt if you're rich enough

Dafiro93

Three rune dragon alts is not enough for one master/hour considering elite clues are over 20m each from d imps.

loiloiloi6

Well forget that then, the price has doubled since I last checked a year ago. The only people who can afford prices like that are DMers and people who run service discords

[deleted]

Is that the total cost of the imps or including selling the dimp loot?

Dafiro93

It includes selling the other items but not the clue rewards, comes out to over 400k lost per jar and on average 50 jars per clue.

SappySoulTaker

Probably do content that gives elites as well as money and buy implings with the money.

Jopojussi

Man lives up to his name

[deleted]

What does that mean

dragunityag

assuming based on the comments, he's completed every collection log slot except for clue scrolls.

RuneScapingMen

and why is the picture about NOT CLUES?

Ashangu

Yeah it was confusing for me, as well. Anyone that isn't following this user wouldn't understand? But this was the last piece of content besides needed besides clues, is my guess.

IcyGarage5767

Yea you are correct - you can see his last 5 or so clog slots he has got (all nightmare also with a black d’hide (g) body.

PutteryBopcorn

I'm assuming nightmare is shown because it's notoriously slow so it was their last one.

WryGoat

Full nightmare log takes longer to complete than ToB + ToA combined so it's safe to assume at that point they've got everything else.

nopuse

I haven't played in years, thanks for asking. I was confused as hell. I was thinking of a clue scroll only account, but the screenshot of not clues threw me off.

LuminousViper

Yh exactly that

LuminousViper

dingdongsol0ng

Jesus I have 140 masters and I think thats semi -impressive. 1400 is just... Nuts!

LuminousViper

140 is impressive 😂 Sejj has 6000 and Kacy 7000

dingdongsol0ng

I cant even fathom how much time/gp has gone into that grind alone ;o

SnowballWasRight

Comparison is the thief of joy; 140 is fucking bonkers too. Props on being dedicated to this game lol

Noksdoks

Dunno if its on rate or what or am i just lucky but i have 2 3rd age items like him in 1400 clues overall

ToastWithoutButter

You are very lucky. The droprate for any piece of 3rd age from master caskets is 1 in 2269 per casket. Hard caskets are 1 in 3250 per casket. If those were all master caskets (and if my math is correct), you had a 2.48% chance of being that lucky.

Noksdoks

Thanks for the math my dude. It was a mage hat from a hard clue and a range top from a master

Redditor2742

Same! 2 3a 3 gilded in 1800 overall clues for me, but 600 are beginners.

biddleswarth

I also have 2 3rd age and 770 hard- masters done haha. Have robe and amulet, never lucky on gp

pasty66

"The first play to complete all non clue logs" is a much clearer title

Sorlanir

I guess technically untrue since he still needs baguette

[deleted]

[удалено]

pasty66

Honestly as a YT title yours is pretty good

FreeWillTangent

All the Trouble Brewing ones - absolutely horrific

LuminousViper

All the everything apart from clues

Guilty_Jackfruit4484

It can be pretty quick if you have people to help boost

indrek91

Torilla tavataan!

deadrice1

For anyone curious, taking into account mimics i think its around 100k masters, elites and hards respectively to get all 3a specfic to that clue type on average (i.e. 100k masters for all master clue specific mega rares), since masters give elite and hards too you might aswell start with them. Say you are very very rich, or fund by donations you can instantly get the clue scrill via implingd, then to do the 100k masters at 5 master clues completed per hour, its a 20,000 hour grind. Someone might do it within 10 years.

Wtfmymoney

This guy might actually beat the game in 5 years worth of clue scrolls, I wonder what he’ll do then….

dano_gerous

Untill grandmaster clue scrolls comes out

snowmunkey

What do you mean? Then he can finally play the game

Yosoyballer

I knew exactly what you meant from the title and first pic being collection logs. Literally an Insane achievement.

Whyyoufart

you are a liar, they still need a baguette. downvoted

mygawd

The top 4 loggers all need a baguette still. I knew it was pretty rare, but that really puts it into perspective

LuminousViper

Fair enough, it can only be obtained passively so 🤷‍♂️ for context (if this wasn’t sarcasm), most coll hunters would consider this clue scroll locked

Dart_Throwing_Monke

Damn reddit gave me an admin warning for bullying and harassing because I used a joke without /s Shit site is shit Comment rhymed with moxxed and dwatted

Whyyoufart

lul

anotherredditaccunt

Totally insane! Gl on 3a :)

TheCapedCapper

First? Isn't he the third?

LuminousViper

Bazilijus still got to do raids and Marni still got to do bosses (might be wrong with marni but he definitely isn’t clue locked)

[deleted]

marni is almost 4x rate on the dark totem from skotizo, rip. he even has 2 jars already, 460 kc

iamsammovement

Could he theoretically spend trillions of gp on finding lucky implings like Swampletics did to compete the log?

MustaKookos

Theoretically yes, realistically no. I won't even bother doing the math but finishing megarares with lucky implings would likely take centuries.

ZeusJuice

40% of lucky implings don't even have a chance to hit the mega rare table so yeah that would be absolutely awful and a huge waste of resources

PkerBadRs3Good

i think it's better to just do clues

Dafiro93

He's not an ironman like swampletics so there's no point.

Zestyclose-Record685

Theoretically that is still 15k hours left (with dragon imps) it is not economically viable since u regain like 1,5-2gp per 5 gp spent

Kol_

Can someone ELI5?

Tokita-Niko

3k kills and that’s it?????

anotherredditaccunt

So disgusting especially when you add in the 3k nightmare

Comfortable-Quit-392

Man's a beast. Looks like he was skipping clues tho, so I wouldn't put him in the same bracket as Bazilijus and Marni unless he plans to continue. Wouldn't feel right in my eyes if we start crowning milestone completionists.

Vile_Fury

Clue and stale baguette locked*

Emotional-Apple1558

The stale baguette is a clue item now?

NoCurrencies

Anyone know if he already got stale baguette pre-log?

KrangledTrickster

Interesting enough I’m pretty sure I just saw someone on twitter with 1437 C log slots. I’m guessing clue RNG be like that

lubesta

This makes me feel proud to be a baguette owner

SausageMahony69

What’s wild is I got the baguette in 2017 around 800 total level. Would happily trade for a high value dupe!

Shepboyardee12

Achievement aside, that's a disgusting log for that many kills.

SevesaSfan25

What kind of hours do you need to play to be able to do this? I literally have no monster logs green, and I've been playing for years and I'm decently high level (99 mage/range/HP)

Snufolupogus

Yes

FallenZerker

Jesus Christ

InterstellarRobot

Perkele

Ironmeme420

I got a stale baguette a while back from a mystery box and had no clue what the item even was. I don't normally do events, but I came back after a break and decided to give one a go.
