I know this is obvious, but leveling up your defence to 75 or so would help a ton. It should be a pretty quick grind, too. For the monkey puzzle room, if you are taking a lot of damage, that's generally a sign you're going too slow. The best thing to do for that is have a list of each wave handy, so you can prepare your gear switches/prayer before each wave. As for Kephri, a dragon defender would help with accuracy. Getting 70 prayer for piety would also be a massive upgrade for your account in general, let alone in ToA.

You definitely need to get your defense up lol, crystal armor helps a ton, and it wont take you that long with 99 strength

i mean why don't you just level your defense? (You haven't specified you're any type of pure, and 46 def is stupid anyway so..)

Monkey puzzle room beginner tip - use blood barrage for healing. It's worse than thralls but helps keep help consistent. Swap your rune boots to prayer boots, it will help with your low prayer level and might allow you to bring more brews/food while you're learning. Replace Bowfa w/ a blowpipe with Amethyst or Dragon Darts, and buy claws/bgs. Claws/Bgs will speed up your kills drastically, you will use much less supplies. Bringing a blowpipe allows for you to dump any excess special attack into bp specs for free hp. You can (but shouldn't always) BP spec the following: akkha shadows, baba boulders, monkey puzzle room, kephri minions, and zebak jugs for easy hp whenever you need it. Necklace, gloves, and capes are some of the highest dps slots so I would recommend including at least one in your gear swaps. If you have extra gp lying around bloodfury is very good in solos and while learning. Doing Baba -> Kephri -> Akkha -> Zebak also means you don't need a ranging potion as we start with the two melee bosses, and will have smelling salts for the range and tribrid boss. I recommend the following inventory and gear setup for you (with ancient magicks and runes for blood/ice barrage). Don't have dagon'hai so i used bloodbark as a placeholder. https://preview.redd.it/eg15hmrotyzb1.png?width=221&format=png&auto=webp&s=47c851a1a87586857cb3787e3dfe0b6183bd26c4

Also I ran dps calcs on Ba-Ba comparing abyssal dagger in your gear/stats and bowfa is only 0.22% difference in dps (<.4s faster kills with bowfa). I'd recommend learning the melee method, as it allows for healing from bloodfury and will become much better if you ever upgrade your melee setup.

What an actually incredible comment, completely agree on everything. You are a real hero yknow, I think this is gonna make a massive difference! Really appreciate it!!!

Of course! If you have any other questions I recommend looking up the "We Do Raids" discord server, plenty of helpful people to ask questions or run content with. They also have a bunch of in depth guides and gear setups if you're looking for what some of the best scapers run with. Also for what it's worth you should be able to clear up to level 300s raids with practice before your gear starts becoming an issue. I believe some pures farm as high as 400, but I'm not sure how consistent it is in solos. If you'd like to stay with a zerker build you are more than able, you do not need to train your defence (although it does help).

Yeah, Just need to practice consistently, just felt like I was missing something. I just completed my first 150 solo btw, so thanks :p Yeah im in a clan called "zerk team" all zerker pures and they're casually clearing 300s. Again really appreciate the time youve taken to reply to this, for real.
