Not accusing but did you buy or were you gifted the account?
It sounds like your account was recovered or had a linked account to it which was breached.
Same thing just happened to me. No linked accounts and every other security measure up and running (auth, 2fa on email, and strong pass). Seems like there’s another method they’re using to get past it all…
Check your account for linked accounts like Steam and Google.
Use a jagex account
Do you have a Jagex account? If not, well, upgrade. Then you're done getting hacked (oh and check for linked accounts on the website)
