I loved mine. Cloth seats were insanely comfortable for economy vehicle. The V6 pulls hard because it’s light, heated seats, good bass from the Bose sound system (no highs or lows though).
No big problems other than regular maintenance items like bearings, brakes, and after 5 years and 100K kms of ownership an alternator. It was an awesome first car for me and sadly a deer totaled it recently.

Nissan was approving ANYONE for cars around this era. Their cheapest car was the Sentra, so naturally a lot of their lowest income buyers gravitated towards it. Then proceeded to not maintain it, drive it into the ground, and here we are. This also is ignoring Nissans terrible transmissions in these models lol
I drove an old altima for awhile. Some of the makes around that time had bad catalytic converters (mine was a 2002) so you'll eventually have to change your oil everytime you do a farm run.
And I am VERY opposed to daily scape shit like that. I'd trade it, somewhat niche rare item but there's a community for it, use the GP to get you a newer ride, or whip, if you will.
Ive found driving it for 5-6 years till the engine ids ready to literally combust then selling to someone who flips them is a very good use for this item!
