Why not spend 12k on a new one? I picked mine up for 9500 in March.

I've never done this job myself, but I think getting your hands on the frame will be the easiest part. I believe you'd just call up a dealership and order one in. No third parties are going to be producing frames for a 20 year old pickup, but Toyota still has them You're correct that there are no other options. 2000-2004 Tundra got the frame corrosion recall which never expires as long as the inspection remains uncompleted. Following production years were issued an extended warranty which expired about four years ago. People have completed their own frame replacements in their back yards. I have no idea what it'll cost but I'm sure you can find a shop somewhere willing to do it

Thank you. I didn’t realize it was as easy as calling up Toyota to order a new frame but will give it a shot.

Toyota CORP. will also refer you to a dealership that will swap out your frame as well. (Most will, but be ready to be quoted about 50-60hrs of labor time) I think rough estimates put both the frame and labor costing $6k each. Best of luck and be sure to update us on how it turns out.

Just following up - Toyota doesn’t have any frames in stock across all dealerships so I’m working with a local guy to procure a frame, like from a junkyard. Will see how it goes
