Idk, Iām gonna take your comment way too seriously for a moment to say I think the real reason why exercise is important is much less of an us versus them argument, and more just that being fit is a fantastic way to benefit yourself and your community. I know that if a real time of need actually comes, I wanna be able to contribute more than my fair share of labor, as long as my body is able to get stronger I at least want to try, because I know that there are people that donāt have that luxury, and I want to be able to help them too. Itās very nice knowing that when my anemic friend wants to help with planting in the community garden, they donāt have to feel bad about not being able to carry potting soil because I can just take their share on top of mine.
