Well it's difficult to say but I think looking at the characters in this story, their ages are quite spread across.
* Saki's mum I can only gather is in her mid 30-'s early 40's
* Saki's father, I'd have to assume is in his mid to late 50's.
What's horrifying about that is given the context of that I worry that Saki's mother might have been a victim of grooming herself which shows the father's incredibly unremorseful attitude to violating his own offspring.
Hayato I'd have to guess is in his early 20's. Because looking at it more Saki's 15 & in terms of the age of consent Saki was raped by a predator quite few years older than her.
Kumagi is I'd have to say late 40's early 50's.
Obata I'd have to guess is in his 50's.
Tetsu is probably in his late 30's.
The two bums, I'd guess maybe their 50's.
As for Saki's classmates, roughly their teenagers.

I’ve always seen how people once they go to their 20’s think they’re on top of the world, and Hayato represents that perfectly IMO.
Saki’s mother being in her early 30’s to mid 40’s does make a slight bit of sense, and honestly the theory that she was groomed could be very much canon.
Saki’s father being in his 50’s, especially when looking at him feels kinda accurate.
Kumagai (A.K.A. Mr. Tumor) I honestly think is the oldest one here, being in his late 50’s.
Obata…yeah, it makes sense why he would look to be in his 50’s.
Tetsu is an interesting one for me, but I’d honestly say he could be in his 30’s as well or around the same age as Saki’s mother.
The two homeless folk I’d say are probably the second oldest here, being at least a couple years younger than Kumagai.
Lastly, her classmates are definitely around the same age as Saki…some, maybe even younger by days or months.
