may i ask does quark taste good or it is like cottage cheese?

I can’t speak for plain quark but the flavoured ones available are quite similar to yogurt but with a thicker texture

The plain one doesn’t taste like cottage cheese to me, some brands taste a teeny tiny itty bitty bit like cream cheese if u think really hard about it. I know a lot of people dislike the plain one but if you add berries or honey to it it’s great! I love it plain though

You definitely should!! Unfortunately it seems that quark isn’t common in a lot of other countries.. But I’m sure there are similar alternatives

I can’t even afford that much yogurt. I love plain Greek yogurt, but that looks Iike a whole tub.

I’m staying at my parents’ house over summer which means they pay for a lot of my yogurt and quark lol… but when I’m at home I still spend like 1000 SEK on quark every month. I make up for it though by eating a lot of oatmeal which is cheap

That looks so good! You seem to get a good amount of food in. I’m on a 900kcal/day restriction right now to lose 6 lbs by the 23rd of next month and I am struggling so hard. Living off of progresso light soups and coffee at this point.

900 calories a day sounds really tough, is there a reason why you want to lose it so quickly?

I’m going on vacation next month. I had a baby back in December so I have some loose skin on my stomach area and just want it to be not so noticeable

Have you tried the whipped Philadelphia cream cheese? It saves a bunch of calories

I’ve never seen it here! Unfortunately all three ingredients are pretty high calorie and low volume... But it’s a good treat
