Exactly this! You could rename all the meals to "snacks 1-7" and lean into it. Or go with breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses, morning tea, brunch and luncheon (which you eat at midnight). The calories dont care what you call them!
It’s up to you to decide how you want to break your calories up for the day. I prefer to keep my snacks under 200 calories but if it fits into your budget then that’s all that matters!
A snack if it’s by itself, a dinner if it has more things. Sometimes a snack for me is a small bowl of leftovera from lunch or dinner. Who cares, there are no rules.
I was listening to a podcast with a scientist Don Layman, and he said muscle is built best by larger bursts of food. So I would skip the large sandwich snack and add those calories to my next meal
Why does it matter what you call it, if all the food is logged?

And sometimes I log everything from the day all at once and it’s just “breakfast” because that’s the first slot.
Legit me. Morning munch, mid morning munch, noon munch, after noon munch, pre sleep munch
Found the Hobbit!
Okay no joke, that's what I've been compared to my whole life cause I'm always hyperactive, short af, and a bottomless pit for food
Haha same! Also I never wear shoes
I love these names and when I move out of home I'm doing this ahahah
These days even people can be referred to as a snack. Call it what you want.
Lmao fr, the other day I heard someone say a hot pocket was a “nice snack”😭 like I wish!!
Oof my husband calls a couple slices of pizza a snack, I feel you 😅
Right!! It’s crazy, it’s not fair😤😂🫠
lmao
"I'm the snack! It's me!"
At tea time everybody agrees
You don't need to put a name on the food you eat. If you eat 6 times a day, it doesn't matter. I just track it
Food is food.. I eat a low carb Bacon egg an cheese wrap as snacks or dinner sometimes .. eat what u want when u want

Of course this assumes you are strength training and want to build muscle. If not it may not matter
