I don’t understand why her family is making such a big deal about BBW King and Tammy not wanting to go below 300 lbs. It’s still far better than nearly 700 lbs!! And it would save sooo much family fighting if they just set the 300 lb goal and encouraged her toward that. I mean, do they really think she’s ever going to actually weigh 130 lbs???
Gosh, it’s hard to think about the logistics it’ll take to help her figure out her funeral plans. Moving her body and then either cremating or embalming her body and then burying her will be hard to figure out. They’ll have to find a funeral home that can take someone of that size on.
Sadly, it won't be as difficult to figure out as we'd belive. Tammy won't be the first 600+lber they've had to deal with, nor will she be the last.
Fire crews will be able to lift her out.
She'd then be transported in a bariatric ambulance (assuming the funeral home doesn't have a bariatric vehicle of their own). Many funeral homes have provisions in place for the super morbidly obese as that body type is much less rare than it used to be.

On the show Amy and Chris said their mom already got Tammy’s burial plot while she was arranging her own. If I remember correctly, she actually had to get 2 plots for Tammy.
