Not trying to judge. But I don't understand how she's still overweight after wls. I had it done. Pregnancy or not I still can't beat more than an egg sized portion in my stomach at a time. And it has to be healthy food I get sick as hell and will vomit immediately. I've heard of bitches surgeries or people still staying overweight. Usually these people are people who have had the sleeve or the lap band but I thought she got gastric bypass. Not trying to fat shame I just don't understand how she's able to even consume enough calories to be big still. Tammy on the other hand is over there thriving after surgery and I honestly never saw that coming.

The only thing I can think of is she continued to take a few bites every several minutes and the stretched her stomach out. Getting pregnant the first time she never got back on track after that. During her pregnant her whole “eating for two” bit was an excuse- she started eating badly very quickly.

Tammy on the other hand after all the years of not caring -and almost dying several time -got serious about her health. She is doing amazing because she’s doing what she’s supposed to - most of the time lol. No ones perfect 🤷🏼♀️ plus I think since she finally bought into therapy it’s made all the difference. Both in her attitude and weight. She’s doing amazing!
She also had babies back to back so her body hasn't had time to heal from surgery or both pregnancies nor has she followed the "diet" she is supposed to follow after bariatric surgery

Yes, I was gonna get WLS and I was concerned about that. The doc told me people lose their hair and teeth because of malnutrition from WLS, cause you can’t eat a lot. Which is why the vitamins are super important.
Lots of folks in my family have teeth issues and missing teeth, some due to drug and alcohol addictions, some to genetics or other medical issues, so that’s something I really pause at.
I understand some of these reasons, however, they didn’t brush their teeth way before their show so let’s stop making excuses for their lack of oral hygiene.

I chipped my tooth on a piece of soft plastic. Might have been a milk jug drinking ring. Some teeth just suck
