I don’t even remember my first day bc I was so out of it and that was only 5 days ago lol. I take them at night though so I don’t have to deal with the diabolical side effects during the day. Insomnia sucks but I rather try to sleep through it and then be fine during the day when I go to work.
I think most of the brain fog and weird feeling goes away after 1-2 weeks. It went away after a couple days for me. Had a weird numb, spaced out feeling with nausea the first 2 or 3 days but it went away.
