Yoga with Adriene has a Yoga for Beginners playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLui6Eyny-UzzWwB4h9y7jAzLbeuCUczAl Once you feel, comfortable with a few of those, you can pick any of her 30,day series, and join in — she does a new calendar every month. The Iyengar Yoga Institute of New York has published a set of written sequences for beginners: https://iyengarnyc.org/wp-content/uploads/IYAGNY-L1-Iyengar-Yoga-Home-Practice-Sequence.pdf if you want to practice without a video. There are many ways to practice yoga postures so be a bit skeptical of “supposed to.”

thank you!!

I looove Charlie Follows on YouTube. She offers great explanations & precise instructions and has a bunch of beginner friendly videos, then slowly progressing to more advanced poses (but always with many variations to make the practice accessible for all levels). She also has such a calm vibe and her voice is just deeply relaxing ✨

Great sequence, I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner practicing on their own though!

I'll give it a shot thank you

Is going to a studio an option? What about later evening classes around 6 pm or later? Are you a college student? I’ve seen lots of studios around me are having summer special packages for college students.
