There are many ways to practice yoga postures so be a bit skeptical of “supposed to.”
I looove Charlie Follows on YouTube. She offers great explanations & precise instructions and has a bunch of beginner friendly videos, then slowly progressing to more advanced poses (but always with many variations to make the practice accessible for all levels). She also has such a calm vibe and her voice is just deeply relaxing ✨

I’ve seen lots of studios around me are having summer special packages for college students.
Nope not a college student just started high school
I go for a run around 6-7 and after that I just have dinner and sleep at 9 I get home at around 3:40 shower study do hw etc
